Future Teens are an American alternative emo band from Boston, Massachusetts. The band was co-founded by guitarists/vocalists Amy Hoffman and Daniel Radin, the latter of whom was originally the band's bassist. They were joined in the initial line-up of the group by guitarist Nick Cordezi and drummer Dylan Vadakin, wit… Future Teens are an American alternative emo band from Boston, Massachusetts. The band was co-founded by guitarists/vocalists Amy Hoffman and Daniel Radin, the latter of whom was originally the band's bassist. They were joined in the initial line-up of the group by guitarist Nick Cordezi and drummer Dylan Vadakin, with this line-up appearaing on the band's debut album Hard Feelings in 2017. Both Cordezi and Vadakin left the fold the following year, and were replaced by bassist Maya Mortman (moving Radin to guitar) and Colby Blauvelt, respectively. This line-up would remain intact until 2024, releasing their second album Breakup Season in 2019 and Self Help in 2022. They also released the Sensitive Sessions EP in 2020, and the Deliberately Alive EP in 2021. Mortman left the band in 2024, converting the band into a trio with both Hoffman and Radin sharing bass duties. Their fourth album, Still Life, is slated for a May 2026 release. Read moreShow less

That might’ve been the easiest part of the puzzle. He’s Mick’s brother. 
 Snarls, the Columbus band built from these cosmic connections, is an exercise in manifestation. After their debut album Burst captured an early audience with its glittering, wide-eyed take on indie pop, the band regrouped to enter the cavernous wilderness of their next phase. 
 What About Flowers?, Snarls’ Chris Walla-produced EP, pulses with the rhythm of the Pacific Northwest. It’s a release that shines in solitude and asks questions of absences: the same winning formula that’s gripped the region for decades. The floating understanding of wanting to be together and missing the things that make one whole pervades much of Flowers?, the second act of Snarls’ identity play.
