Jonathan David "JD" McPherson, is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is known for a retro sound rooted in the rock and roll, rockabilly, and rhythm and blues music of the 1950s. Among influences such as Little Richard and Fats Domino, McPherson also draws inspiration from artists as diverse as the Wu-Tang Clan, Pixies, and Led Zeppelin.

Chris Connelly & Matt Walker are both 30+ year veterans of music, having both played and recorded with Ministry, Revolting Cocks, Killing joke amongst others (Chris) Morrissey, Smashing Pumpkins , Filter amongst others (Matt) , they are also lifelong fans of DAVID BOWIE, and decided recently to put together a band dedicated to playing his music, and that’s what SONS OF THE SILENT AGE is, a band made up of 9 incredible Chicago based musicians with a staggering set of songs cherry picked from Bowie’s vast & astounding body of work stretching back 40 years. The Tossers are a seven-piece Celtic Punk band from Chicago. They formed in the early '90s (following in the wake of the Pogues) and have toured with Lost City Angels, Murphy's Law, Streetlight Manifesto, Catch 22, Dropkick Murphys, Lagwagon, and the Siderunners. Their most recent release, Agony (Victory Records) came out in March 2007. Lead singer/songwriter Tony Duggins also released a solo cd of acoustic numbers in early 2006. They released their CD/DVD 'Gloatin' and Snowboatin' on March 4. It was recorded live at their St. Patrick's Day show in 2006. Their latest album, entitled Smash the Windows, was released on March 3, 2017.
