MISSIO is an American electronic alternative duo formed in Austin, Texas in 2014. The project was founded by vocalist and producer Matthew Brue and later joined by producer and instrumentalist David Butler. Known for their genre-blending style and emotionally charged lyrics, MISSIO quickly gained attention for their unique fusion of electronic, pop, and rock influences. The name MISSIO—Latin for “mission”—reflects Brue's personal journey through addiction recovery and spiritual exploration. The duo began gaining traction after their track "Twisted" appeared on a Spotify playlist in 2015, leading to viral success. They made their major-label debut with Loner in 2017 under RCA Records. The album included breakout hits like "Middle Fingers" and "Everybody Gets High," earning them critical acclaim and a solid fanbase within the alternative music scene. Discography Loner (2017) Features the singles "Middle Fingers" and "Bottom of the Deep Blue Sea". Themes center on isolation, rebellion, and emotional vulnerability. The Darker the Weather // The Better the Man (2019) Continues the band’s introspective exploration with tracks like "I See You" and "Temple Priest" featuring Paul Wall. Can You Feel the Sun (2020) Released during the COVID-19 pandemic, the album is more reflective and spiritual. Standout tracks include "Can You Feel the Sun" and "Wolves." VILLAIN (2022) A darker, more aggressive project exploring themes of mental health, personal demons, and societal critique. Tracks like "Villain" and "#gimmeakiss" reflect its bold tone. I Am Cinco (2024) A 26-track concept double album divided into five parts: I Am Sad, I Am High, I Am Awesome, I Am Angry, and I Am Crazy. Notable tracks include "I'm Sad and I Can't Speak," "Big Stacks" (feat. Jelani Blackman), and "Aztec Death Whistle." Throughout their discography, MISSIO has remained consistent in their message—embracing imperfection, confronting inner darkness, and offering hope through brutally honest lyrics and atmospheric production.

Oxymorrons began as a collaboration between Queens-bred brothers, K.I. and Deee, who joined forces to cultivate a sound that modern music can no longer turn its back on. After years spent playing and touring with other groups, the brothers decided it was time to set the New York scene ablaze with their sonic creations. The lineup expanded with the addition of staple drummer Matty Mayz, whose blistering talent along side bassist Joe Jordan and guitarist Adam November has become an intricate part of the bands live show. The genre-blending masterminds use their musical platform to speak for, and to, the rejected. Their message of embracing ones individuality resonates with their fellow underdogs. The potent mixture of the band’s sharp-witted lyrics and mesmerizing music has earned them a legion of loyal fans and inspired collaborations with Travie McCoy, Saba, Sam Gongol (Marian Hill), Maxine Ashley (Pharrell/I am OTHER) and Wynter Gordon. Oxymorrons caught attention with their undeniable artistry and found synergy in brand partnerships with RedBull, Converse, Rocawear, Taco Bell, Karmaloop and more. It's their captivating live show full of non-stop energy that has music lovers entranced.
