Free Throw & Microwave: North America 2026

Free Throw is an American emo band from Nashville, Tennessee. They are currently signed to Triple Crown Records. Formed in 2012, the band currently consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Cory Castro, guitarists Lawrence Warner & Jake Hughes, drummer Zach Hall and bassist Justin Castro. Since their formation, they have released three full-length albums, titled Those Days Are Gone, Bear Your Mind, and What's Past is Prologue. They have also released three EPs, titled Free Throw, Lavender Town, and Missing Pieces. Their lyrical themes often include topics such as alcoholism, addiction, relationship issues, and body image. After the release of their debut album, the band embarked on a tour opening for Empire! Empire! (I Was a Lonely Estate). In 2019, the band released their third album titled What's Past is Prologue. The album was noted for a stronger emphasis on pop punk elements.

Miranda Taylor Cosgrove (born May 14, 1993) is an American actress and singer from Los Angeles, United States. She is best known for her roles as Megan Parker in Drake and Josh, Summer Hathaway in School of Rock and Carly Shay in iCarly. She made her music debut in 2007, singing the theme song for iCarly entitled Leave It All To Me. Her debut album Sparks Fly was released April 27, 2010 preceded by the single Kissin U which peaked at number 54 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her next single, Dancing Crazy, was released on December 21st, 2010. Cosgrove has also voiced a character in Despicable Me, and has signed on to Neutrogena as a spokesperson, and also has intentions to go to NYU someday, though her father wants her to go USC, his alma mater.

Forming in New Brunswick, New Jersey in the Fall of 2016, Flycatcher began crafting dynamic songs centered around crushing swells of jagged guitar-hooks, propulsive drumming, and deftly emotive lyrics. Following a period of extensive gigging and writing through 2018, the band teamed up with Kyle Pulley of Thin Lips to produce the high-energy, kaleidoscopic textures of their debut album, Other Things. Shortly after the release, the band joined Joe Webster at PonderRosa Studios to begin work on their follow-up record. 
 Released in Summer 2019, the driving, angular melancholy of Songs for Strangers saw Flycatcher develop their song-craft through cohesive arrangements and vulnerable, immersive lyrics.
