A Day to Remember is an American rock band formed in Ocala, Florida, in 2003 by guitarist Tom Denney and drummer Bobby Scruggs. They are known for their amalgamation of metalcore and pop-punk. The band currently consists of vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, rhythm guitarist Neil Westfall, percussionist/drummer Alex Shelnutt and lead guitarist Kevin Skaff.

The Pretty Reckless is an American rock band from New York City, formed in 2009. The band consists of Taylor Momsen, Ben Phillips, Mark Damon (bass), and Jamie Perkins (drums). In August 2010, the band released their debut studio album, Light Me Up. The album spawned three moderately successful singles, most notably "Make Me Wanna Die". The band released the Hit Me Like a Man EP in early 2012. In March 2014, the band released their second studio album, Going to Hell, which included the singles "Heaven Knows" and "Messed Up World ", both of which topped the US and UK rock charts.

Taking Back Sunday is an American rock band from Amityville, New York, formed by guitarist Eddie Reyes and bassist Jesse Lacey in late 1999 before rounding out the band with vocalist Antonio Longo, lead guitarist John Nolan, and drummer Steven DeJoseph. The band's current members are Adam Lazzara, John Nolan and Shaun Cooper, accompanied by Nathan Cogan (guitar), Mitchell Register (drums), and former member Fred Mascherino for their live performances. The band's other former members include drummer Mark O'Connell, bassist Matthew Rubano, and guitarist-vocalist Matthew Fazzi.

Sleeping with Sirens is an American rock band from Orlando, Florida, currently residing in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The band currently consists of Kellin Quinn, Nick Martin, Justin Hills, Matty Best, and Tony Pizzuti. The band was formed in 2009 by members of For All We Know and Paddock Park. The group is currently signed to Rise Records and have released eight full-length albums and an acoustic EP.

The Warning is a rock band originating from Monterrey, Mexico. The band was formed in 2013 by the Villarreal Vélez sisters: Daniela Villarreal Vélez (guitar, lead and backing vocals, piano), Paulina Villarreal Vélez (drums, lead and backing vocals, piano), and Alejandra Villarreal Vélez (bass guitar, piano, backing vocals). They have released four studio albums, two EPs, and eight music videos. Their latest studio album, Keep Me Fed, was released on June 28th, 2024. The Villarreal Vélez sisters were raised in Monterrey, and all received training on various instruments at an early age. At some point in their childhood, Daniela and Paulina had selected guitar and drums as their primary instruments, respectively. When the youngest of the three, Alejandra, selected bass guitar as her primary instrument at about age 7, the sisters decided to form a rock power trio in 2013. They learned to play rock songs, often via the Rock Band video game series, and posted videos of their performances on YouTube. In 2014, 12-year-old Paulina was profiled in the women's drumming publication Tom Tom Magazine. The band first gained widespread notice later in 2014 when, at ages 9 through 14, their YouTube video in which they performed Metallica's "Enter Sandman" went viral among rock music fans, eventually earning more than 20 million views. The video received attention from Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett, who offered particular praise for Paulina, saying, "The drummer kicks maximum ass!" Due to notice gained from their "Enter Sandman" video, The Warning decided to seek a record deal and develop their songs. They raised money through a successful GoFundMe appeal to record the six-song EP Escape the Mind, which was released in 2015. During the production of the EP, the band met producer Jake Carmona, who went on to contribute to Escape the Mind and their next three albums. In April 2015, the band appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. During this period the sisters raised funds, including a donation from DeGeneres and the Target Corporation, to attend a five-week training program at Berklee College of Music in the United States. They also gave two presentations at the TEDx conference at the University of Nevada in 2016 and 2017.[17][18] The band was known for practicing with the Rock Band video game series early in their history; designers returned the favor by including several songs by The Warning in the 2018 edition of the series.[19][20] The Warning's first full-length album, XXI Century Blood, was released in 2017. The six-song EP Mayday was released in October 2021, and The Warning embarked on a tour of North America in early 2022, performing more than 30 dates as headliners plus opening for Foo Fighters, Sammy Hagar and the Circle, and Stone Temple Pilots. They released the single "Money" in March 2022, and the song reached no. 31 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. The full-length album Error, comprising the six tracks from the Mayday EP plus "Money" and seven new songs, was released in June 2022. In July 2022, they embarked on a U.S. tour supporting Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless and appearing at festivals like Burlington's Sound of Music Festival, Iceberg Alley, Summerfest, and Upheaval, before resuming their headlining tour in August 2022. In the Fall of 2022, The Warning performed at additional festivals (Louder Than Life, Aftershock, Peninsula Tecate, Rock al Parque), supported a second US tour with Halestorm, a Canada tour with Three Days Grace, a Guns N' Roses tour stop in their home city of Monterrey, Mexico, and performed small-venue concerts in Las Vegas, California, and Lima, Peru. The band supported Muse during several dates on the Will of the People World Tour in both Mexico and Europe. In September 2023, they opened for Guns N' Roses again on two dates of the We're F'N' Back! Tour. In early 2024, the band announced on social media that their fourth studio album Keep Me Fed will be released in June 2024. In March 2024 three new singles from the upcoming album were released: "S!CK", "Hell You Call a Dream" and "Que Mas Quieres". On 12 December 2024, The Warning released the single "Hurt", a collaboration with Dead Poet Society. This came about after Paulina joined the Massachusetts-based band on stage for a performance of the song at the Aftershock Festival in California earlier in the year.

Loathe are an English heavy metal band from Liverpool. The band's music makes use of elements of metalcore and nu metal, while also incorporating more experimental aspects from genres like shoegaze, progressive metal and industrial music. Formed in 2011 under the name Our Imbalance, the group consists of lead vocalist Kadeem France, guitarist and second vocalist Erik Bickerstaffe, drummer Sean Radcliffe and bassist Feisal El-Khazragi.

We the Kings is an American rock band formed in Bradenton, Florida, in 2005. The band's eponymous full-length debut album, released in 2007, included the triple-platinum single "Check Yes Juliet", and went on to sell over 250,000 copies in the US. The group's second album Smile Kid (2009) included Top 40 singles "Heaven Can Wait" and "We'll Be a Dream", as well as the single "She Takes Me High".

President are an anonymous English rock band formed in 2025, who blend metalcore with electronica. The band had released no music and were unknown until they were announced to play at that year's Download Festival, sparking speculation to their identity. Their frontman, the eponymous President, is described by Revolver as "silver-haired, wearing an eerie, not-quite-lifelike mask etched with deep wrinkles and radiating wax-figure unease". They released their debut EP, King of Terrors, in 2025. Their debut studio album, Blood of Your Empire, is set for release on 4 September.

Palaye Royale is an American rock band from Las Vegas, formed in 2008 by brothers Remington Leith, Sebastian Danzig, and Emerson Barrett. Formed under the name Kropp Circle, the band released one EP and two singles before changing their name to Palaye Royale in 2011. Under this name, they have released five full-length albums and four EPs through Sumerian Records.

Get Scared is an American post-hardcore band from Layton, Utah, formed in 2008. After their formation they released their first EP Cheap Tricks and Theatrics in 2009. A self-titled EP followed several months later in 2010. The band's debut studio album, Best Kind of Mess, was released in July 2011. Following Nicholas Matthews' first departure to join Blacklisted Me, the band released Cheap Tricks and Theatrics B-Sides in December 2011 without any previous announcements. Matthews was replaced by Joel Faviere near the end of 2011. The band's third EP and first with Faviere, Built for Blame, Laced With Shame, was released in 2012; Faviere was kicked out a few months after the EP's release when Matthews rejoined the band. Following Matthews' comeback, the band signed with Fearless Records and released their second full-length album, Everyone's Out to Get Me, in 2013. The band's third studio album, Demons, was released in 2015, and marked a departure from the band's post-hardcore sound featured on Built for Blame and Everyone's Out to Get Me in favor of a more metalcore-like sound. Their fourth and final album, The Dead Days, was released in 2019 amidst a hiatus; it was later stated by vocalist Nicholas Matthews that the band had broken up due to multiple issues between the band members. Though the band announced a reunion in 2022, plans initially seemed to fall through; however in 2025 they stated that they had been writing new music since then.

Soulfly is a Brazilian-American heavy metal band formed in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997. Soulfly is led by former Sepultura frontman Max Cavalera, who formed the band after he left the Brazilian group in 1996. To date the band has released thirteen studio albums, one tour EP, twenty-three singles, one video album, and twelve music videos. Their debut album, Soulfly, was released on April 21, 1998, while their most recent album, Chama, was released in October 2025.

The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus is an alternative rock/post-hardcore band that was originally formed in 2003 in Middleburg, Florida, about 30 miles south west of Jacksonville. The current members of the band are Ronnie Winter, the lead vocalist, Joey Westwood, bassist, Josh Burke, guitarist, & Jon Wilkes, drummer, all of whom do back-up vocals. Art often thrives in the aftermath of adversity, and since we last heard from Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, there have been plenty of variables that the five-piece alternative rock act had to endure. But for the Middleburg, Florida-based band, hardships eventually ironed out thanks to unrelenting perseverance, paving the way for the band’s incredibly ambitious (and aptly titled) The Hell Or High Water EP, release August 24th, 2010. The self-released project comes on the heels of the band’s voluntary parting of ways with Virgin Records, the company that first signed the band for 2006’s gold selling Don’t You Fake It (spawning the smash single “Face Down”), followed by 2009’s Lonely Road (which debuted in the top twenty of the Billboard 200), but eventually became more of an albatross than an anchor for the burgeoning band. Holding Absence is a rock band from Cardiff, Wales formed in 2015. The group consists of lead vocalist Lucas Woodland, guitarist Scott Carey, bassist Benjamin Elliot and drummer Ashley Green. The band released an initial collection of singles in 2017, as well as a split EP with Loathe in 2018, before finally releasing their debut record, Holding Absence, in 2019. They are signed with SharpTone Records. In April 2021, they released their second album, 'The Greatest Mistake of My Life'. They also announced a split EP with Alpha Wolf, titled 'Aching Longing' in June 2022. In August 2023, they released their third LP, 'The Noble Art of Self Destruction'.

Haywire is a 2011 action thriller film directed by Steven Soderbergh and written by Lem Dobbs. The film stars Gina Carano as a black ops agent who is betrayed by her employers and targeted for assassination in a conspiracy she is forced to unravel. Carano, a mixed martial arts fighter, performs her own stunts in the film. Haywire also stars Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, Bill Paxton, Channing Tatum, Antonio Banderas, and Michael Douglas. Its score is by DJ and composer David Holmes.

ivri is a singer, songwriter, and producer based in Brooklyn, New York. Her music blends lo-fi, dream pop, indie rock, and psychedelia, characterized by soft vocals and introspective lyrics. She first gained attention by anonymously posting her songs on Instagram, where they were widely sampled in the lo-fi community and racked up millions of streams. In 2020, ivri began releasing original music, starting with the single “Glow Worms”, which became a streaming success. Hannah Rose Collins, professionally known as Scene Queen and formerly RØSÉ, is an American singer signed to Hopeless Records. She is known for coining the style "bimbocore", a subgenre of metalcore with feminist themes. She rose to fame on the social media platform TikTok, where she has garnered over 618,000 followers as of September 2023. Her debut EP Bimbocore was released in April 2022. A follow-up EP, Bimbocore Vol. 2, was released in November of that year. Her debut studio album, Hot Singles in Your Area, was released in 2024.

Rain City Drive are an American rock/post-hardcore band from Sacramento, California, United States, formed in 2014 under the name Slaves. They released three studio albums, "Through Art We Are All Equals" on June 24, 2014, "Routine Breathing" on August 21, 2015 and "Beautiful Death" on February 16, 2018 with founding member and original lead vocalist Jonny Craig. On January 24, 2019, the band announced that Jonny Craig was removed from the band citing his addictions. He was replaced by NBC's The Voice runner-up Matt McAndrew, with whom they released their fourth studio album, "To Better Days" on August 7, 2020. Prior to the album's release, on June 25, 2020, the band announced that it would be their final release under the name Slaves, stating that "As obstinate supporters of the BLM movement, we cannot continue to tie our music and our positive message to a word associated with such negative weight and hurt." On October 15, 2021, the band announced that they had changed their name to Rain City and signed to independent record label Thriller Records. However, the band later opted to be known as Rain City Drive due to unforeseen circumstances and to avoid future problems.

Angel Du$t are an American hardcore punk supergroup formed in Baltimore, Maryland in 2013, made up of members of Turnstile and Trapped Under Ice . In 2018, they signed to Roadrunner Records. In 2019, Billboard noted them as one of the most important bands in broadening the scope of what hardcore punk is. Kerrang! included their 2019 album Pretty Buff as one of their "25 Best Albums of 2019" and Loudwire named it one of the 50 best metal albums of 2019.

The Word Alive is an American melodic metalcore/alternative metal band from Phoenix, Arizona, formed in 2008, the band is currently signed to Fearless Records. Their 2009 label debut, Empire reached position 15 on the Top Heatseekers, meeting a great amount of positive acclaim upon its release in 2009. The following year, the group recorded and released their debut full-length album, Deceiver on August 31, 2010, which reached 97 on the Billboard 200 and 15 on Independent Albums. The Word Alive has gained renown praise for their innovative style of modern metalcore; blending alternative metal and ambient elements into their overall delivery. The Word Alive was founded in 2008 by Craig Mabbitt (lead vocals) with Zack Hansen (lead guitar) and Tony Pizzuti (rhythm guitar) who were former members of the bands Calling of Syrens and Clouds Take Shape. As a side-project of Mabbitt during his part in Escape the Fate, the remaining required members he recruited to start The Word Alive were chosen to be Nick Urlacher (bass), Dusty Riach (keyboard) and Tony Aguilera (drums). The group recorded songs with the intention of releasing them as a self-titled EP, despite that it never surfaced. Later on, the band forced Mabbitt to leave due to their dissatisfaction with Escape the Fate's schedules, which required Mabbitt to work as a full-time member. The day after, Mabbitt posted a blog to his fans via his Myspace account explaining that leaving the band was not his decision and that "[The Word Alive] pretty much replaced me while I was on the road due to the fact that they wanted to tour and couldn't until I was available, I started that band with those guys and I'm very hurt at how they replaced me while I was touring...it's bullshit." On December 3, the band officially announced that Tyler "Telle" Smith, who was formerly one of the vocalists for In Fear and Faith and bassist for Greeley Estates, joined The Word Alive as their new frontman. Feeling somewhat stagnant in their progression beforehand, the addition of Smith catapulted the band’s ambitions to the forefront. With this initiation, their goals and aspirations were much more a reality, and they set to work on what would become their record label debut, Empire. During March 2009, the band were taken in with a contract by a new label, later on during the 26th of that month the group officially confirmed that the label they were then signed to was Fearless Records. Smith stated "We hope to just keep touring, touring, touring... we couldn't be happier or more appreciative to be on tour right now, I think despite having some of the worst luck in the early beginnings of being a touring band yet never missing a show, we always have a positive attitude and that will make us a stronger band." The band set out to create an EP to be released through the label wherein it was titled Empire and was recorded with producer Andrew Wade in Ocala, Florida. It was released on July 21, 2009 where it reached #15 on the Billboard Heatseeker chart. During February the band reached an agreement to leave founding drummer, Tony Aguilera out of the group. Both parties (Aguilera and the rest of the band) shared their concerns and reasoning for the matter publicly. It was overall described that the band wanted to pursue a different percussionist of alternate talent than the founding member. Aguilera was replaced with Justin Salinas, whom previously was a part of the bands Scars of Tomorrow and Catherine as well as serving as a past live drummer for MyChildren MyBride. In April 2010, The Word Alive entered the studio in Ocala, Florida with Andrew Wade to record their debut full-length album, Deceiver. By June, Deceiver was fully mastered and engineered. On June 23, 2010 the band premiered their first single from the album, “Epiphany” as streaming media online.The following day, Fearless Records released their 2010 Summer Sampler which also featured the track "Epiphany". A week later, the album's album art and track listing was released. Guitarist Zack Hansen explained upon this premiere that "We all felt like that was going to be the best choice considering how comfortable the recording process is with Andrew. The tracking was a lot of fun and everyone had a good time. We got the opportunity to stay in a house while we recorded and surprisingly we didn't party as much as I thought we would haha." Hansen later followed along explaining that his favorite track on the record is “The Hounds of Anubis”, which was written by him and Pizzuti and stated that he "wrote this song with an 'Egyptian feel' to it and I think we got our point across." Smith described that its lyrics describe the times of when The Word Alive overcame their hardships that they face with the help and support from their fans. "The Hounds of Anubis" was released as the album's second single on July 26, 2010. It premiered on the official Revolver website. By November of 2011, the band made plans to return to the studio on February 7, 2012 with Joey Sturgis to begin recording their next album, with an expected recording session lasting from that time until mid-March. However by February (and before the date of entering the studio), the announcement of two members leaving occurred; keyboardist, Dusty Riach and drummer, Justin Salinas were simultaneously confirmed to no longer be a part of the band. Salinas stated his reason was because he grew tired of touring, although Riach's reason was preferred to be kept silent. In regards to the band's second studio album, it was reported that 17 songs were recorded in its process. 13 of those will be on the standard edition of the album, while the another three will be included on the deluxe edition. The name of the album will be Life Cycles and both editions will be released the same day.On March 23rd of the year, the group issued a statement that 18-year old Arizona resident Luke Holland has joined as the new drummer, however, Holland was not included for the recording sessions of Life Cycles. The drumming for the record was done by a friend of the band named Matt Horn wherein Holland joined after these sessions were already completed. On March 18, 2014, the band released a new single entitled "Play the Victim." Along with the song, they also announced their third full-length album Real. would be released on June 10. The album would be the first to feature Luke Holland on drums. The band released their fourth album, Dark Matter, on March 18, 2016. The band also revealed the tracklist and a headlining North American tour with support from Fit for a King and Out Came the Wolves. The album's lead single, "Trapped", was released January 8. In November 2016, Luke Holland announced he would be leaving the band at the end of 2016 after finishing their last tour of the year to pursue other musical endeavors. In February 2017, the band announced that Matt Horn would be taking Holland's place as drummer. Shortly after, a new single "Misery" was released. On August 7, 2017, The Word Alive and Daniel Shapiro mutually announced they were parting ways due to a "new musical adventure" of Shapiro's. Frontman Spider One, younger brother of fellow metal musician Rob Zombie, has been the only consistent member of the lineup since the band's formation, and the band has long been known for its variability in sound, taking inspiration from rap-rock in the early nineties, sci-fi and metal at the turn of the millennium, punk/nu-metal and industrial through the 2000s, and electronic rock through the 2010s and 2020s.

Butcher Babies is an American heavy metal band from Los Angeles, consisting of frontwoman Heidi Shepherd, guitarist Henry Flury, and drummer Dave Nickles. Their debut album, Goliath, was released on July 9, 2013, via Century Media Records. It sold 3,300 copies in the US during its first week of release and charted at No. 3 on the Billboard Heatseeker chart and No. 112 on the Billboard 200.

Nevertel was formed in 2013 by Raul Lopez, Jeremy Michael, and Alec Davis. Though the three of them were all in different parts of the country, they all shared the same goal. With Raul in Boston, and Jeremy and Alec in two different locations of Florida, a challenge had presented itself. Together they worked on digitally assembling over 50 songs and they eventually cut it down to the 10 songs on Living Fiction. Later that year Raul returned to Florida and the trio spent hundreds of hours in Raul’s studio (Isolation Studios) trying to get the best sound and recordings possible. Once the album was complete, the trio faced a different challenge. So in 2015 they enlisted the help of, Kyler Worley, a longtime friend of the band. All of this is just the beginning of things to come from Nevertel. The band's lineup consists of Alec Davis (Guitar), Jeremy Michael (Vocals), Raul Lopez (Vocals, Guitar) and Kyler Worley (Bass). Yvonne Winckel, known professionally as Vana or Vana NZ, is a New Zealand singer, songwriter, and heavy metal musician. She is known for her single "Beg!", released in 2024. Her exposure to religion throughout her childhood shaped the darker themes of her music. Vana has grown her fan base through live streaming games such as Baldur's Gate 3 on Twitch.

Primer 55 is an American nu metal band formed in Memphis, Tennessee in 1997. The name originated from the combination of Primer, meaning "something that's unfinished", and 55, which refers to Interstate 55, "the road that drugs run on to get to Chicago through Memphis". To date, Primer 55 has released two studio albums: Introduction to Mayhem (2000) and (The) New Release (2001). After disbanding for the first time in 2003 and reuniting from 2007 to 2015, the band announced another reunion in June 2025.

The story of Cenobita 1993 - The Beginning Cenobita's history begins in 1993, in Mexico City, from the ashes of an alternative band named Nefelheim, where Claus Bita (machinery and vox) and Omar Flo (vox) met. Due to the mutual interest for electronic music the band was born. In the beginning Cenobita used extensive distorted guitars, with percusive sequences, violent rythms and melodic tunes, all set in a crossover style. The distorted, acid texture, irritating and shredding voice was the best way to describe cyberpunk themes, like our own actual scenery. :: Influences Since early lyrics, Our Father William Gibson's cyberpunk concepts, precepts and knowledge, has always been the deepest influence, and his novel "Neuromancer" should always be remembered as our bible. Industrial-electro acts like Skinny Puppy, Throbbing Gristle, Front Line Assembly, Einstürzende Neubauten, Leaether Strip, Mentallo and The Fixer, :Wumpscut:, yelworC, etc have been in some way a musical influence for Cenobita. Music production started back then, and the first live appearance happened in August 1994 along with also new comers Hocico. Then the clubs/venues/theatres search started. The dark electronic scene was just unexisiting back then. :: First release The first song ever recorded, "Genetica Mecanica", was offered to local label "Opcion Sonica", for an electronic compilation named "From Trance to Cyber", The CD was released in 1995, and Cenobita achieved the best comments all over. In 1996, Cernobita released their first full production: "Cybertuality", the demo tape, included 6 songs: Genetica Mecanica, Valentino Muerto, Fugitivo, Constructor, Niño Atomico and Angel Desnudo. All of them with spanish lyrics, atmospheric soundscapes and complex melodies. Plenty of concerts took place, and a few interviews on radio and T.V. shows were given. The band and the premiere tape got very positive reviews, in countries like Australia or France. General acceptance and recognition established the band as one the main foundations of the mexican dark electronic scene. :: The rising Scene In that same year, Cenobita along other mexican electronic bands - Deus Ex Machina (RIP), Hocico, Kristi Artefaktum (RIP), Oxomaxoma and Soucerx (RIP) gathered and formed an association dedicated to produce, establish and promote underground electronic music in Mexico. This association was known as "Corporacion" featuring friendship and good will among all participants. Loyalty and Honor was always needed to remain as a member of "Corporacion" the Mother of All Organizations. (The association is now extinct. It served the members well while it lasted. Unfortunately collaboration had to be stopped, due to the lack of team work after personal interests grew among some bands...) By the end of this year, electronic music scene was bookmarked for ever when Cenobita played at the "Museo Universitario del Chopo" along with techno pop band Digitus Lex. Due to the great acceptance of the event, Cenobita proposed to create an annual Festival in that same venue, considered as the "Industrial Temple". So then the "Art and Electronic Music Encounter" was born (...it happened on a yearly basis for four years afterwise), in February 1996, structured and supervised by Corporacion, featuring other rising bands from the electronic scene, such as Deus Ex Machina, Soucerx, Krimenia, Portent, Hocico, Dulce Liquido, etc... :: Visionary 1996 "Visiones" was the second demo tape, released later this year. Reality is analized by the beholder of life. Once again the visions of the cenobite took place, with a prospective point of view, fed by general crisis, product of modern life, and Mexico?s own reality transcript to a certain future. "Etnia", "Ensamblaje", "Regimen", "Testigo", "Neurosis Positiva", "Escape", "94-1", "Promesa Perdida", "Anticoncepcion" and "Mythos", were the songs included in this work, again with lyrics in spanish, running along for 3720 microseconds, new horizons were showing maturity reached by Cenobita, stamping their own style, through electro aggression. Slow atmospheres, post-industrial landscapes, danceable sequences and some 150 b.p.m explotions. Electro-cyberpunk at it's best. Again great reviews were achieved worldwide. The edition of 1000 copies were sold out, practically unavailable today. :: Neo Milenio 1999 During 1997 and 1998, Cenobita dedicated time to play live shows, even though some problems were met because of the lack of venues, promoters and events. Music activity was interrupted briefly, and towards the end of 1998, Cenobita started to work on the next production, and by the first quarter of 1999, recording process started for the first album. "Neo Milenio", conceived during the previous years, from terminal ideas of a dying millenium, to that new monster opening in front of us. The first production in CD format was in released in Mexico and the USA, in October 1999 thorough Mexico?s independent label "Opcion Sonica". The album included 11 songs in english and spanish: "Prisionero", "Dependency", "Earth", "Cairo", "Cristo 2000", "Insurrection", "Intolerar", "Confessions", "Mensaje", "Scabious Snout" and "Gente" The songs were radical different to previous work, since the guitar has been dropped, letting distortion survive through the synthesis itself. The big release party was planned for October 23, 1999, a concert along mentors Einstürzende Neubauten was given in Mexico City. :: U.S.A. Invasion During the year 2000, a series of concerts were done in Mexico City, and some other places in the country side, promoting the first album, Neo Milenio. Towards the end of the year, Cenobita was invited as headliners in Pandemonium, a festival to be held in Los Angeles, CA, USA, at famous club JC Fandango, storming the almost 1000 heads crowd. Later on the same year, Dystopian Records, invited Cenobita to the "Dystopian Views Compilation" release party in San Francisco, CA. USA, making a special guest appearance along with Flesh Field, Negative Format and God Module. The show was a complete great finale for the year. A significant evolution started in the year 2001, the first new song (Destino Final) was played live, receiving great acceptance, and was included on a Cryonica Records/Side Line compilation: Cryonica Tanz v1.0., just briefly after that, Omar Flo leaves the band because of lack of commitment and personal issues. His depatrure, expected by many people, gives Cenobita a refreshing, new and bigger change over. Claus Bita, remains as a one man project, now in charge of the voice too. The music remained unaltered, cause it was totally done, since the beginning, by him and the lyrics more than 50 percent were Bita's own inspiration. This fullfilling state of creative liberty, thrusted the music towards new horizons, new songs were starting to take form specially conceived for Claus' powerful vocal style. Cyberpunk treatment was used once again, according to Cenobita's own principles. :: Europe is on sight Suddenly good news came from Europe, when german label Trisol/Matrix Cube was interested in releasing Neo Millenium in Europe. Even though the album was two years old, it was very appealing to the european audience. Receiving all kinds of great reviews all over. Achieving Album of the month, on InfraRot, germany's best on line music store. Simultaneously with the release of this album, in Europe. Cenobita heads up for a U.S. Tour, opening up shows for brazilian icons, Aghast View. Giving succesful shows in Seattle, WA., San Francisco, CA. and Los Angeles, CA. Interviews and great reviews were done. The audience was impressed with the preformance for the first time as a one man project. Later on in October, for the fourth time, Cenobita returns to Los Angeles, CA. to play in the legendary club Das Bunker, celebrating their Fifth and last Anniversary party, again the show was a complete success. :: Metamorphosis Returning to Mexico, Cenobita gets into the studio to start the production of the upcoming album "Metamorfosis", and by the end of March 2002 the new album is finished, serving Claus Bita as producer and engineer, giving birth to the most ambicious work for Cenobita ever. "Metamorfosis" includes 9 songs: "On Line Trinity", "Estrellas", "Slaves", "Indiferencia", "Imperios", "Human Racing", "Destino Final (Global mix)", "Aliens" and "Nino Atomico (Uranio mix)", establishing a new style in Cenobita's song writing, melodic armonies, over pumping industrial club rythms, recycled samples transmutated to numeric codes, music for the hard dance floor with cyberpunk bilingual lyrics globalizing concepts. Metamorfosis, is pure evolution. :: Europa Tour 2002 The release of the album in Europe is preceded by the first European Tour ever, which included the world wide famous Festival, Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig, Germany. Other gigs happened as well in England, Denmark, Holland, Spain and Portugal. The tour was a complete success, and it gave the audience a taster of Metamorfosis. :: Conclusion ...Cenobita is conceptual revolution and transformation of ideas. Earshot is an American nu metal/alternative metal band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1999. The band has released four albums: Letting Go, Two, The Silver Lining, Humaning and a 5 song Mini-LP entitled "Aftermath". Looking beyond the status quo of the modern rock music of today, EARSHOT’s third studio album, slated for release August 2008, marks the start of what some believe is sure to be the beginning of a new and changing modern rock world of tomorrow. No doubt, that in the 48 minutes of listening to the bevy of infectiously memorable tracks, one can only describe this 11 song collection as a very cleverly crafted, re-defined and re-designed approach to their genre with a plethora of sonically raw and defining moments. EARSHOT signed with Warner Brother’s Records in 2001 and in 2002 released their debut album “Letting Go” which yielded their first anthemic singles such as “Get Away” (which peaked at #4 on the charts and stayed in the top 100 for over 60 weeks), and “Not Afraid”. In 2004 the band released their sophomore effort entitled “Two” which bore the bands breakout single “Wait” (#9) and their follow up single “Someone.” In early 2005, EARSHOT returned from the road in support of their second release when the panicked state of the recording industry turned its ugly head towards the band. “No one expected another EARSHOT record after that” says vocalist Wil Martin. “We were essentially counted out by many. Our departure from Warner Brothers Records only added to our determination not to let corporate decisions determine our artistic and creative voice. 40 Below Summer is a nu metal music band from New Jersey, USA. Formed in 1998, 40 Below Summer came together after drummer and Peruvian native Carlos Aguilar met with singer Max Illidge. Joey D'Amico later joined the duo, followed by Jordan Plingos and Puerto Rican-born Hector Graziani. Their first album Side Show Freaks (1999) and EP Rain (2000) were self released. Invitation to the Dance (2001-2002) Eventually, a deal was signed with London-Sire Records. Their debut major label album Invitation to the Dance was released on October 16, 2001, and was produced by GGGarth. Two months after its release, Warner Music Group dissolved the London-Sire label, and the album was reissued by Warner's Reprise label. After performing on the Jägermeister Music Tour with Drowning Pool, Coal Chamber and Ill Niño, and then again with Slipknot, Fear Factory, and Chimaira, but only on select dates. They started to write material for their second album. While the band started writing almost immediately after the release of their previous album, they threw out some fifteen songs before coming up with twenty one that they reduced down to the final ten (plus a bonus track, "The Day I Died"). The Mourning After (2003-2005) Unsigned at this point, Razor & Tie Records saw the band in February 2003 when they played in New York with E.Town Concrete. A deal was signed in June just as the band entered the studio. The band would later strike a licensing deal with Roadrunner Records for the album's UK release. Their second album The Mourning After was released on October 28, 2003. Two singles were released from the album in "Self-Medicate" and "Taxi Cab Confession". The video for the former received a fair amount of airplay on MTV2's Headbanger's Ball. The band negotiated a release from their contract in 2004. Not long after this Jordan was temporarily replaced by Ty Fury. The band then recruited Ryan Juhrs (formerly of Flaw) to fill the spot officially and Carlos left soon after. Ali Nassar replaced Carlos, and after playing two shows under the 40 Below Summer moniker, they decided to rename the project Black Market Hero. They were soon joined by another former member of Flaw, drummer Micah Havertape, who replaced Nasser. In January 2006, Graziani was forced to leave the band due to severe hearing loss he had suffered after years of performing. Former Confliction bassist Matt Fortin joined in August 2006. Black Market Hero's first single, "Freedom Dealer," was released in summer 2007. The Last Dance (2006) Despite breaking up, 40 Below Summer released The Last Dance on October 31, 2006 via Crash Music Inc. The album features nine demo versions of songs intended for their third LP, as well as a bonus DVD featuring footage of the band's "last" performance at the Starland Ballroom (September 2005). The album sold 1,095 copies during its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.[1] In October 2006, there was speculation that the band had reunited. This was later dismissed by guitarist Joey D'Amico who stated that the band was just going to do a few shows to promote the release of The Last Dance. However, D'Amico also stated that there was a possibility that 40 Below Summer would record a new album in the future. The band filmed a music video for the single "Relapse" with director Frankie Nasso. The song was originally written by 2005 guitarist Ty Fyhrie (Fury). Ty went on to work with the band Murder Of Crows but now resides in the band Dirty Little Rabbits with Slipknot percussionist M. Shawn Crahan also known as Clown. In a radio interview with All Knowing Force, Illidge stated that he expected 40 Below Summer would tour and play 5-10 shows a year. Although his main priority is with his new project Black Market Hero, he didn't rule out the possibility of the band one day recording another album. According to Max and Joey, 40 Below Summer is dead. The band did however re-issued their independently released EP Rain with seven bonus tracks on July 31, 2007 via Crash Music. In addition to the five songs originally released, seven demo tracks have also been included, as well as all new cover artwork. Sideshow Freaks was also re-released on July 15, 2008 by ex-Korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch's record label Driven Music Group. Reformation and new album (2011–present) On July 12, 2010 it was announced that 40 Below Summer would play a reunion show on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey. God Forbid played support. 40 Below played "Invitation to the Dance" from cover-to-cover. On April 20, Max Illidge posted on his Facebook stating "Starting pre production for the new 40 below record. Oh boy." indicating the band has reunited for a new record. The band's next two albums, "Fire at Zero Gravity" (2013) and "Transmission Infrared" (2015) were released by Super Massive Media Group.
