Gojira is a French heavy metal band from Ondres. Founded as Godzilla in 1996, the band's lineup – brothers Joe and Mario Duplantier (drums), Christian Andreu (guitar), and Jean-Michel Labadie (bass) – has been the same since the band changed its name to Gojira in 2001. Gojira has been known for its progressive and technical death metal styles and lyrics that often feature themes of spirituality, philosophy, and environmentalism. The band has gone "from the utmost obscurity during the first half of their career to widespread global recognition in the second".

Daniel Robert Elfman is an American film composer, singer, songwriter, and musician. He came to prominence as the lead vocalist and primary songwriter for the new wave band Oingo Boingo in the early 1980s. Since scoring his first studio film in 1985, Elfman has garnered international recognition for composing over 100 feature film scores as well as compositions for television, stage productions, and the concert hall.

The Prodigy are an English electronic dance music band formed in Braintree in 1990 by producer, keyboardist and songwriter Liam Howlett. At their commercial and critical peak, the group also included MC and vocalist Maxim, dancer and occasional live keyboardist Leeroy Thornhill, and dancer and occasional vocalist Keith Flint. The Prodigy have been described by AllMusic as “the premiere dance act for the alternative masses” and “the Godfathers of Rave”. They are regarded as pioneers of breakbeat-driven genres such as breakbeat hardcore and big beat, and Howlett has described their style as electronic punk. The band emerged from the UK rave scene and first achieved major success in 1991 with the singles “Charly” and “Everybody in the Place”, both of which reached the UK top five. Liam Howlett returned to Braintree in 1989 after leaving the hip-hop group Cut 2 Kill, where he had worked as a DJ. He began producing music influenced by hip-hop, house and the emerging rave scene. Howlett recorded material on cassette, labelling it “Prodigy” after the Moog Prodigy synthesiser. Sublime is an American ska punk band from Long Beach, California. Founded in 1988, the band's original lineup consisted of Bradley Nowell, Eric Wilson (bass), and Bud Gaugh (drums). Lou Dog, Nowell's dalmatian, was the mascot of the band. Nowell died of a heroin overdose in 1996, resulting in the band's breakup. In 1997, songs such as "What I Got", "Santeria", "Wrong Way", "Doin' Time", and "April 29, 1992 (Miami)" were released to U.S. radio.

Sabaton is a Swedish power metal band from Falun, formed in 1999 by vocalist Joakim Brodén, bassist Pär Sundström, guitarists Oskar Montelius and Rikard Sundén, and drummer Richard Larsson. The band has experienced multiple lineup changes, with Brodén and Sundström remaining as the only consistent members. Most of their songs focus on historical events, particularly wars and notable battles. After recording early material at Peter Tägtgren’s studio, The Abyss, the band released the promo CD "Fist for Fight" through Underground Symphony. Their intended debut album "Metalizer" was recorded in 2002 but not initially released. Sabaton later signed with Black Lodge Records and released their debut studio album "Primo Victoria" in 2005, followed by "Attero Dominatus" in 2006. The Pretty Reckless is an American rock band from New York City, formed in 2009. The band consists of Taylor Momsen, Ben Phillips, Mark Damon (bass), and Jamie Perkins (drums). In August 2010, the band released their debut studio album, Light Me Up. The album spawned three moderately successful singles, most notably "Make Me Wanna Die". The band released the Hit Me Like a Man EP in early 2012. In March 2014, the band released their second studio album, Going to Hell, which included the singles "Heaven Knows" and "Messed Up World ", both of which topped the US and UK rock charts.

Michigan’s upper peninsula is trapped under what seems like permafrost for most of the year. This chilling effect makes the landmass more comfortable with stationary lives rather than lives spent outside its natural sprawl. Hot Mulligan may have been born in this green giant, but they escaped its clutches shortly after high school to beat pavement and their own neuroses-at the same time. Since 2014, the five-piece has gained ground for their earnest approach to songwriting, melding together the ferocious riffs of pop punk’s latest wave with the tenacious vulnerability of indie rock. The marriage is one shared by many bands, but on Opportunities - their latest EP earning a re-release via No Sleep Records - the courtship entangles itself in new territories, mostly in those characterized by cavernous percussion, hooks so buoyant they bob up and down, and guitar and synth interplay that belong to a much older, bolder band. Taking Back Sunday is an American rock band from Amityville, New York, formed by guitarist Eddie Reyes and bassist Jesse Lacey in late 1999 before rounding out the band with vocalist Antonio Longo, lead guitarist John Nolan, and drummer Steven DeJoseph. The band's current members are Adam Lazzara, John Nolan and Shaun Cooper, accompanied by Nathan Cogan (guitar), Mitchell Register (drums), and former member Fred Mascherino for their live performances. The band's other former members include drummer Mark O'Connell, bassist Matthew Rubano, and guitarist-vocalist Matthew Fazzi.

Sleeping with Sirens is an American rock band from Orlando, Florida, currently residing in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The band currently consists of Kellin Quinn, Nick Martin, Justin Hills, Matty Best, and Tony Pizzuti. The band was formed in 2009 by members of For All We Know and Paddock Park. The group is currently signed to Rise Records and have released eight full-length albums and an acoustic EP.

Alkaline Trio is a punk rock band from Chicago, Illinois consisting of Matt Skiba (guitar/vocals), Dan Andriano (bass/vocals), and Atom Willard (drums/percussion). Their music is characterized by dark lyrics, catchy hooks, fast tempos, and recurring subjects of alcoholism, depression, shattered relationships, drugs, and death. The band formed in December of 1996, originally consisting of Skiba, Rob Doran (bass/vocals), and Glenn Porter (drums/vocals). 1997 saw the release of the band's first EP, Sundials. This was followed shortly after by the departure of Doran. He was replaced by Andriano, who had been the singer for Tuesday and bassist for the ska band Slapstick. The band released their second EP, entitled For Your Lungs Only, in 1998, which began to build them a sizable fan base in the American Midwest. Later that year, they released their first full-length album, Goddamnit, followed by Maybe I'll Catch Fire in 2000. Both were released on Asian Man Records. Also in 2000, the band released a collection of their previously-released EPs on a self-titled album. Following the success of their Asian Man releases, Alkaline Trio signed to Vagrant. Joined by new drummer Mike Felumlee (previously of the Smoking Popes), From Here to Infirmary was released in 2001. It was their first album to see any interest from alternative radio and the mainstream media, with the semi-hit punk single "Stupid Kid" and the inclusion of the song "Armageddon" on the Tony Hawk's Underground as well as Tony Hawks American Wasteland video games. Their cover of "Over at the Frankenstein Place" was included in the compilation The Rocky Horror Punk Rock Show, an album made to pay tribute to the movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show. After the release, Felumlee left the band too and was replaced by Grant, previously of The Suicide Machines. Their next full-length album was Good Mourning, released in 2003, with the album's launch single "We've Had Enough" seeing a considerable amount of commercial success. The album was a significant departure from earlier works, featuring greater production value and a noticeable move toward a more mainstream sound. The band has also appeared on various compilation albums, notably Plea for Peace Vol. 1 and Rock Against Bush Vol. 1. Skiba and Andriano have both independently recorded split records, Skiba with Kevin Seconds on Asian Man Records and Andriano with Mike Felumlee on Double Zero Records, as well as jointly performing backing vocal duties on the album This is Unity Music by Common Rider. They have also recorded two split EPs with bands who are no longer together: one with Hot Water Music in 2000 and the other with One Man Army in 2004. Alkaline Trio released their fifth studio album on Vagrant Records, entitled Crimson, on May 24, 2005, which featured the single "Time to Waste." The single for this song also included bonus tracks produced by Mass Giorgini. The tracks "Mercy Me" and "Burn" have also been released as singles from the album. In 2004 Andriano became a member of The Falcon, a super-group of consisting of The Lawrence Arms' bassist/co-vocalist Brendan Kelly (with who he had played with in Slapstick), and Neil Hennessy, drummer from The Lawrence Arms. The band released a 5-song EP in 2004, and its first full-length Unicornography in September of 2006. In 2006 Matt Skiba collaborated with Josiah Steinbrick for the band Heavens. This was their first album under their own label, Heart & Skull, an offshoot of Epitaph, and the album debuted at #11 on the Billboard 200, making it the highest the band has ever charted to date. Consisting of "a selection of beloved fan favorites selected from the group's extensive catalogue and presented in an intimate semi-unplugged format", the album also included two new songs, "Olde English 800" and "I Remember a Rooftop", as well as a cover version of the Violent Femmes' "I Held Her in My Arms". On April 2nd, 2013, Alkaline Trio released "My Shame Is True". On August 31st, 2013, Alkaline Trio released "Is This Thing Cursed?". On June 8th, 2023, longtime drummer Derek Grant left the band due to mental health reasons and intentions to pursue music production as well as graphic design. He was replaced by Atom Willard, formerly of bands such as Rocket from the Crypt and Against Me!. The band then released the single, "Blood, Hair, and Eyeballs" on October 17th, 2023, and announced an album of the same name due for a release date of January 26th, 2024.

Machine Head is an American heavy metal band from Oakland, California. The band was formed in 1991 by vocalist/guitarist Robb Flynn, who remains the only original member of the band. Machine Head's aggressive musicianship made it one of the pioneering bands in the new wave of American heavy metal. Its current lineup comprises Flynn, bassist Jared MacEachern, drummer Matt Alston and guitarist Reece Scruggs. Bassist Adam Duce, guitarists Logan Mader, Ahrue Luster, Phil Demmel and Wacław Kiełtyka, and drummers Tony Costanza, Chris Kontos and Dave McClain are former members of the band; Mader and Kontos toured with the band in 2019 and 2020 as part of the 25th anniversary tour for its first album, Burn My Eyes (1994).

Suicidal Tendencies is an American heavy metal band, formed in 1980 in Venice, Los Angeles, California, by vocalist Mike Muir. The band has undergone various lineup changes, with Muir as the only remaining and sole constant original member. Their current lineup includes Muir, guitarists Dean Pleasants and Ben Weinman, bassist Tye Trujillo, and drummer Xavier "X" Ware. Notable musicians who have contributed to the band's studio or live activities include Rocky George, Mike Clark, Robert Trujillo, Josh Paul, Stephen "Thundercat" Bruner, Jimmy DeGrasso, Brooks Wackerman, David Hidalgo Jr., Thomas Pridgen, Ron Bruner, Dave Lombardo, Brandon Pertzborn, Greyson Nekrutman, Jay Weinberg, and Josh Freese.

Starset is an American rock band from Columbus, Ohio, formed by Dustin Bates in 2013. They released their debut album, Transmissions, in 2014 and their second album, Vessels, on January 20, 2017. The band has found success in expanding the ideas of their concept albums through social media and YouTube, with the band generating over $230,000 in revenue from views from the latter as of November 2016. Their single "My Demons" had accumulated over 280 million YouTube views in the same time period. Their most commercially successful song, "Monster", peaked at number 2 on the US Billboard Mainstream Rock chart in May 2017. A third studio album, Divisions, was released on September 13, 2019, with their fourth studio album, Horizons, released on October 22, 2021. Their fifth album, Silos, was released September 12, 2025.

Get Scared is an American post-hardcore band from Layton, Utah, formed in 2008. After their formation they released their first EP Cheap Tricks and Theatrics in 2009. A self-titled EP followed several months later in 2010. The band's debut studio album, Best Kind of Mess, was released in July 2011. Following Nicholas Matthews' first departure to join Blacklisted Me, the band released Cheap Tricks and Theatrics B-Sides in December 2011 without any previous announcements. Matthews was replaced by Joel Faviere near the end of 2011. The band's third EP and first with Faviere, Built for Blame, Laced With Shame, was released in 2012; Faviere was kicked out a few months after the EP's release when Matthews rejoined the band. Following Matthews' comeback, the band signed with Fearless Records and released their second full-length album, Everyone's Out to Get Me, in 2013. The band's third studio album, Demons, was released in 2015, and marked a departure from the band's post-hardcore sound featured on Built for Blame and Everyone's Out to Get Me in favor of a more metalcore-like sound. Their fourth and final album, The Dead Days, was released in 2019 amidst a hiatus; it was later stated by vocalist Nicholas Matthews that the band had broken up due to multiple issues between the band members. Though the band announced a reunion in 2022, plans initially seemed to fall through; however in 2025 they stated that they had been writing new music since then.

Blood for Blood is a hardcore band from the Boston, Massachusetts. They formed in 1994 as a reaction to the existing heavy music scene in Boston. They are regarded as an extremely nihilistic and aggressive band. In 1997 they were signed to Victory Records. Their sound is heavily influenced by Sheer Terror, Breakdown, Carnivore, and Raw Deal. The are self described as "White trash hardcore and rock-n-roll."

Sunami is an American hardcore punk band formed in San Jose, California in 2019. Originally intended as a short-lived joke band by members of various San Francisco Bay Area hardcore bands, Sunami sought to parody the ignorant style of many hardcore bands on their 2019 demo Demonstration. However, after gaining notoriety for their violent debut live performance, the band continued past their planned time frame. They have since released four EPs, with their debut self-titled album being released on June 14, 2023. A 2023 article by Revolver credited them as "in the upper echelon of bands dominating the hardcore zeitgeist".

Filter (stylized as FILTER) is an alternative rock group formed in 1993 in Cleveland, Ohio by Richard Patrick and guitarist/programmer Brian Liesegang, who later left the band in 1997 to form Ashtar Command with Chris Holmes. Filter has released five studio albums Their first album, Short Bus, was released in 1995. The album was commercially successful, and included the hit single "Hey Man, Nice Shot". The song was somewhat controversial, as it was seen as capitalizing on the public suicide of Budd Dwyer. Kurt Cobain's suicide was widely rumored to have inspired the song, but the band refuted this. In need of a live band to tour the album, Patrick and Liesegang recruited Geno Lenardo on guitar, Frank Cavanagh on bass, and Matt Walker on drums. They would all later be featured in the video for the album's second single, "Dose". Between Filter's first and second albums, the band became known for their soundtrack contributions, The first of these tracks, "Thanks Bro", landed on the Songs In The Key Of X: Music From And Inspired By The X-Files album. In 1996, Filter recorded and filmed the video for the song "Jurassitol", for The Crow: City of Angels soundtrack. They also released the home video Phenomenology in 1996, which showcased some of the band's live performances and music videos, as well as an interview with Patrick and Liesegang filmed in New Mexico. Liesegang left in 1997 shortly after recording the Filter/The Crystal Method collaboration "(Can't You) Trip Like I Do" for the Spawn movie soundtrack, due to creative differences with Patrick. In 1998, for the X-Files film soundtrack, Patrick decided to keep the Filter name and recorded a cover of Harry Nilsson's "One". Patrick continued with 1999's Title of Record with returning members Lenardo and Cavanagh, as well as Steve Gillis on drums, filling in the gap left by Walker after he left to work with The Smashing Pumpkins. Title of Record moved away from industrial rock somewhat, and resulted in the band's biggest hit, the mellow ballad "Take a Picture", along with other lesser-heard singles "Welcome to the Fold" and "The Best Things". The song "Take a Picture" is about a dispute on an aircraft, when Richard Patrick drunkenly stripped down to his boxers, alarming the other passengers. The song "Captain Bligh" (after Vice-Admiral William Bligh of the HMS Bounty) was written by Patrick after leaving Nine Inch Nails and was about Trent Reznor's notoriously anti-social habits. "Miss Blue" is said to have been about Smashing Pumpkins bassist D'arcy Wretzky. She can be heard on the songs "Cancer", and "Take A Picture". 2002 saw the release of The Amalgamut, featuring the singles "Where Do We Go from Here?" and "American Cliché". "The Only Way (Is the Wrong Way)" was also featured in the first wave of Hummer2 commercials that year and in the 2003 movie Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. Alan Bailey was recruited for live guitar when they set off to tour the album; however, the tour ended abruptly in a matter of weeks when Richard Patrick voluntarily checked himself into rehab. He has since tattooed his date of sobriety, September 28, 2002, on his forearm. Richard Patrick was part of the supergroup The Damning Well, which has only released one track on the Underworld movie soundtrack in 2003, despite an entire album's worth of recording. While nothing has directly surfaced, it is rumored that some of the material from these sessions have been an influence or has been reworked in Filter's 2008 release Anthems for the Damned and Black Light Burn's first album Cruel Melody, due to the fact that Wes Borland was the guitarist of both The Damning Well and Black Light Burns. Army of Anyone, a second supergroup side-project with drummer Ray Luzier and Stone Temple Pilots members Robert and Dean DeLeo, released its debut album on November 14, 2006. Low album sales, coupled with Richard Patrick's desire to do more work with Filter, led the band's break-up around mid-2007. As Army of Anyone wound down, Patrick began working on material for a new Filter album, to eventually be titled Anthems for the Damned. Released to the public in May 2008, it was more serious in tone than some expected and expressed more of his mixed emotions regarding the state of the world and the state of his life. On March 7, 2008, it was announced that Frank Cavanagh had reunited with Filter and would play as a live member at the Operation MySpace concert in Kuwait. It was confirmed at Operation MySpace that he would not be joining Filter on the full tour as he would be shipping off to Iraq in April. The only song played live during the March 10 performance by Cavanagh, now a Sergeant and Paralegal in the U.S. Army Reserve, was the band's first mainstream hit, "Hey, Man, Nice Shot". Patrick also announced a remix album to Anthems For the Damned on November 4, titled Remixes For the Damned. Remixes For the Damned was released on November 21, 2008 in the U.S. and Canada, and internationally on December 1, 2008. The lead-off single was "I Keep Flowers Around". A greatest hits album entitled The Very Best Things (1995-2008) was released March 31, 2009. It featured tracks from all four previous studio albums and various movie soundtrack contributions, but no new content. There are 14 tracks total, with some tracks being radio edits. Filter started work working on a fifth album shortly after the release of the remix and greatest hits albums, with Bob Marlette as a producer. The album, said Richard Patrick, would be a lot heavier than Anthems for the Damned and was to have a song written for The Amalgamut on it. He also stated he would be moving away from the political lyrical content present in Anthems for the Damned. When asked about the direction of his upcoming music style in an interview with Suicide Girls on September 13, 2008, Patrick said, "Actually the stuff I’m writing right now for a record that I’m going to release sometime next year is actually way more heavy industrial, more electronic. There’s probably not going to be that many live drums on it." It's important to note that he originally saw this album releasing in 2009, while it has now obviously slipped into 2010. Richard Patrick has stated on the Filter website that he has been recording songs for movies recently. Filter covered the song "Happy Together" by The Turtles for the soundtrack to the movie The Stepfather (2009). The song features ambient sound with alternative metal. Filter also contributed a new song "Fades Like a Photograph" for the soundtrack of the movie 2012 (2009). The song has a similar lyrical mood to "Take a Picture" and saw Patrick reuniting with former Filter co-conspirator, Brian Liesegang, who co-produced the track. Through the end of 2009 and into 2010, Filter released a series of fourteen studio updates chronicling the progress made on the album. Each update touched on a certain part of the album process, such as "recording guitar parts" or "mixing the album". The last studio updates confirmed that the album recording had been completed. In their last studio video update, Richard Patrick showcased two clips from final mixed songs on iTunes that listed track listing and track lengths. While the video was legitimate, it was not the actual final track list, it was only a collection of new Filter songs on a playlist. The album has been recorded, mixed and mastered, and band is currently signed with the label Rocket Science Ventures. Filter released a new single, "The Inevitable Relapse", as their first single on May 26th. The song is available on the band's official website as a free digital download. The Trouble with Angels will be released in August 17, 2010, with touring starting in the summer. The second track on the album, titled "Drug Boy," was released on the band's website on August 3rd.

Haywire is a 2011 action thriller film directed by Steven Soderbergh and written by Lem Dobbs. The film stars Gina Carano as a black ops agent who is betrayed by her employers and targeted for assassination in a conspiracy she is forced to unravel. Carano, a mixed martial arts fighter, performs her own stunts in the film. Haywire also stars Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, Bill Paxton, Channing Tatum, Antonio Banderas, and Michael Douglas. Its score is by DJ and composer David Holmes.

Emmure is an American metalcore band formed in 2003. Originally based in New Fairfield, Connecticut, the group later relocated to Queens, New York. Emmure has released eight studio albums, beginning with an EP titled "The Complete Guide to Needlework" in 2006. The band signed with Victory Records early in their career. Their debut full-length album, "Goodbye to the Gallows," was released in 2007 under the label, followed by "The Respect Issue" (2008), "Felony" (2009), and "Speaker of the Dead" (2011). After fulfilling their initial four-album contract, the band renewed their agreement with Victory to release two more records: "Slave to the Game" (2012) and "Eternal Enemies" (2014). In 2016, Emmure ended their relationship with Victory Records and signed with SharpTone Records. Under the new label, the band released "Look at Yourself" on March 3, 2017, and "Hindsight" on June 26, 2020. Frankie Palmeri, born in 1986, is the band's founding vocalist and the only remaining original member. His outspoken and controversial presence has been a defining aspect of Emmure’s public identity, drawing both criticism and attention within the metalcore scene.

Mac Sabbath is an American parody heavy metal tribute band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2014. The self-proclaimed founders of "Drive Thru Metal", the band is primarily a parody of English heavy metal group Black Sabbath, using lyricism and imagery centered on fast food. Hence, their style has been called "Drive thru metal" by some publications.

The Ataris are an American punk rock band from Anderson, Indiana. Formed in 1996, they released five studio albums between 1997 and 2007. Their best-selling album is their major label debut album So Long, Astoria (2003), which was certified gold. Their high-charting single is their cover of Don Henley's "The Boys of Summer" from So Long, Astoria. The only constant member throughout their history has been singer/songwriter/guitarist Kristopher "Kris" Roe.

The Rasmus is a rock band formed in 1994 in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. Consisting of Lauri Ylönen (lead singer/songwriter), Eero Heinonen (bass), Aki Hakala (drums) and "Emppu" AKA Emilia Suhonen (guitar). Former guitarist Pauli Rantasalmi left the band in January 2022 to focus on his own path. The band was formed at the end of the band members' schooling and were initially known as Rasmus. They recorded their first single, 1st, released independently through Teja Kotilainen Records in late 1995. They signed with Warner Music Finland in 1996 and released their first album, Peep, that same year. The album went gold in Finland. The band won the Finnish Grammy Award EMMA for “Best New Artist” in 1996. Playboys, the band's second studio album, and its single Blue, released in 1997, both went gold in Finland. Hellofatester was released in 1998, spawning singles Liquid and Swimming With The Kids. The video for Liquid received regular airplay on Nordic MTV. Rasmus became The Rasmus in 2000 to avoid confusion with the similarly named Swedish electronica artist, known simply as Rasmus. Into was released in 2001 and went double platinum in Finland debuting at #1. The first single F-F-F-Falling was #1 in Finland during three months in early 2001. The second single Chill reached the #2 place in Finland. The Rasmus toured Scandinavia and Europe along with HIM and Roxette that year to promote the album. The band finally gained international fame with their 2003 album Dead Letters which went gold and platinum in several countries, accompanied with the single In the Shadows which reached #1 in a number of countries. iTunes Music Store offered the track as one of its free singles, a positive public response prompted many listeners to buy the rest of the album. Guilty was released in 2004 and was the last single of the album. The three other singles; In My Life, First Day of My Life and Funeral Song also received mostly favourable reviews and response. During the 2004 Reading Festival in England, the band was pelted with plastic bottles filled with urine and mud (an act reserved for the worst band on the bill each year) until they eventually walked offstage when immediate medical attention was required for Eero's eye. Hide from the Sun, the band's sixth studio album was released in September 2005. It received Platinum status in Finland and sold more than 15,000 copies in the UK alone. All in all, the album sold 400,000 copies worldwide. The album's three singles were No Fear, Sail Away and Shot. The Rasmus began recording their seventh studio album Black Roses in 2006, recording began and in Helsinki and continued in Nashville, Tennessee. Smaller parts were recorded in Stockholm, Singapore, Berlin and Greece. Livin' In A World Without You and Justify are the two singles released from the album, videos for both songs have received airplay around the world. A compilation album celebrating The Rasmus' 15th Anniversary, titled Best of 2001-2009 was released November 28, 2009. It includes songs released from 2001 to 2009, as indicated in the album title, and features a previously unreleased song October & April, with the vocals of Anette Olzon from the band Nightwish. This song was recorded during the same time as the other songs from album Black Roses, but wasn't included as it didn't follow the album concept. Self-titled eighth album The Rasmus was released in April 2012. The album's lead single I'm a Mess was the official song for the 2012 European Athletics Championships. The album won Best album cover and Best music video on EMMA awards. In the fall of 2016 the band started recording their ninth album Dark Matters. The lead single Paradise was released in March 2017 and the album itself was released in October 2017. In 2021 the band released two singles for upcoming album. The single Bones was released in May and the single Venomous Moon was released in September featuring Finnish band Apocalyptica. In January 2022 the band announced their participation in Finnish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with the song Jezebel. This was band's first single with their new guitarist Emppu. They won the national selection and went on to participate in Eurovision Song Contest. The Rasmus made it through the semi-finals and placed 21st in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 final. On June 10th 2022 a new track, Rise was released, and on the same day it was announced that the new album, also titled Rise , would be released on September 23rd 2022.

Volumes is an American djent band from Los Angeles, California formed in 2009. Current members: Michael Barr - vocals, Myke Terry - vocals, Raad Soudani - bass, Nick Ursich - drums, Daniel Braunstein - guitar/production. Former members: Diego Farias (RIP), Gus Farias, Daniel Schwartz, Chris Khoury. The band started in 2009 when guitarists Diego Farias and Daniel Braunstein were writing music together. Singers Michael Barr and Diego's brother, Gus Farias, joined the band along with Raad Soudani on bass and Chris Khoury playing the drums. Their first EP, 'The Concept of Dreaming,' was announced to be released December 2009 but publication came to a halt when guitarist Daniel Braunstein left the band due to time constraints with university and was no longer able to participate actively in the band. He was replaced by guitarist Daniel Schwartz. After being signed on with Mediaskare Records and Outerloop Management in early November 2010, the band quickly released their debut EP 'The Concept of Dreaming' on November 16, 2010. In early 2011, the band played several tours throughout North America with such bands as Arsonists Get All the Girls, The Contortionist, and Structures. The band's debut full-length, VIA was released and distributed through Mediaskare Records on September 27, 2011 and reached #1 on the iTunes Rock & Metal Charts. 2011 also marked the same year that drummer Chris Khoury parted ways with the band, leading to Daniel Schwartz taking over the drums at shows, who then quit later that year. In early 2012, they found a new permanent replacement drummer, Nick Ursich. Since late 2011 Volumes has only had one guitarist. Between April and May 2012, Volumes went on a tour of Europe alongside bands Veil of Maya, Betraying the Martyrs and Vildhjarta. Between January and February 2013, the band toured the United States with Of Mice & Men, Woe, Is Me, The Devil Wears Prada, Texas in July and Capture the Crown. On July 15, 2014, Volumes released their second full-length album No Sleep which reached again at #1 on the iTunes Rock and Metal Charts featuring their single, "Vahle". Between late August and late September of 2014, the band supported Crown the Empire on the Welcome to the Resistance tour, along with The Family Ruin, Secrets, and Ice Nine Kills. Volumes later contributed to Fearless Records' compilation Punk Goes Pop 6 with their cover of "Hold On, We're Going Home" by Drake featuring Majid Jordan. In summer 2014, Volumes completed their first full US Vans Warped Tour run. Volumes announced in November 2015 that vocalist Michael Barr had departed from the band due to "different musical direction and taste", and Born of Osiris member Joe Buras will be stepping in for current touring duties until their new vocalist is announced. Myke Terry, formerly of the metalcore band Bury Your Dead, has since replaced Barr. Volumes departed from Mediaskare Records and signed a recording contract with Fearless Records, releasing their single "Feels Good" on June 16, 2016. On June 29, 2016, the band re-released their studio albums 'Via' and 'No Sleep' through their own record label 91367 Records. It was revealed that their previous label, Mediaskare, had not given them income from the sales of their first 2 studio albums, with each selling over 40,000 copies to date. In February 2017, Volumes released a new single, "On Her Mind" featuring rapper Pouya, and alongside the single they announced that their new album entitled 'Different Animals' would be released worldwide on June 9th through Fearless Records. During the New Reign tour with Born of Osiris, Volumes premiered their new song "Left For Dead" live. On April 23, 2019, the band surprised released their EP, entitled, "Coming Clean", having spent the last eight months working on it and recorded the effort throughout Southern California out of Butter Studios in Venice, West Alley Recording Studios, and Farias Productions. Self-producing and keeping everything "in-house and organic," they enlisted Kyle Black (Pierce the Veil, New Found Glory) and Max Schad (Veil of Maya) for an additional perspective. In winter 2019/20 the founding members Gus and Diego Farias left the band. On February 6, 2020 former vocalist Gus Farias announced on his Twitter page that his brother and former guitarist of the band, Diego, had died.

Nevertel was formed in 2013 by Raul Lopez, Jeremy Michael, and Alec Davis. Though the three of them were all in different parts of the country, they all shared the same goal. With Raul in Boston, and Jeremy and Alec in two different locations of Florida, a challenge had presented itself. Together they worked on digitally assembling over 50 songs and they eventually cut it down to the 10 songs on Living Fiction. Later that year Raul returned to Florida and the trio spent hundreds of hours in Raul’s studio (Isolation Studios) trying to get the best sound and recordings possible. Once the album was complete, the trio faced a different challenge. So in 2015 they enlisted the help of, Kyler Worley, a longtime friend of the band. All of this is just the beginning of things to come from Nevertel. The band's lineup consists of Alec Davis (Guitar), Jeremy Michael (Vocals), Raul Lopez (Vocals, Guitar) and Kyler Worley (Bass). Icon for Hire is an American rock band from Decatur, Illinois. Formed in 2007, the band's current lineup consists of singer Ariel Bloomer and lead guitarist Shawn Jump. They released two EPs independently before signing to Tooth & Nail Records, through which they released their first two albums: Scripted in 2011 and Icon for Hire on October 15, 2013. Their third album, You Can't Kill Us, was independently released on November 25, 2016. Their fourth album, Amorphous, was released on February 19, 2021, also independently. Their fifth independent studio album, The Reckoning, was released on September 30, 2022.

Las Vegas based artist Kami Kehoe fuses old and new soul to create a sound that transports you to another universe. Fat Mike of NOFX's newly launched project, Codefendants, are the breath of fresh air and the steel-toe-cap kick in the nuts music has needed for too long. Get Dead vocalist Sam King’s graffiti crew were giving tattoos and making flash art to raise money to help rapper Ceschi Ramos when he was in prison. Months later they met at the Gilman Street Project in Berkeley, California. They bonded, talking about their love of hip-hop and punk rock, over a bottle of Jameson. They didn’t know it yet, but they had just started Codefendants. Impossible to define by traditional standards, Codefendants were forged out of a desire to make an album that sounded like nothing else; a completely genre-fluid album, a cross between hip hop, new-wave, flamenco, and the Beatles. They call the genre 'Crime Wave'.

King 810 is an American nu metal band from Flint, Michigan, formed in 2007. The band currently consists of David Gunn, Eugene Gill, Johnpaul Vega and Bryce Ballinger. The band's first release was their independent EP titled Midwest Monsters in 2012, which earned them a signing with Roadrunner Records; they released their second EP titled Proem in 2014, and their debut studio album Memoirs of a Murderer that same year.

There are 2 bands that go by 'Many Eyes': 1. Former Every Time I Die vocalist Keith Buckley has announced a new project, Many Eyes. Hatebreed‘s Jamey Jasta introduced Buckley to his two new bandmates, brothers Nick and Charlie Bellmore, who were formerly in Kingdom of Sorrow with Kirk Windstein of Crowbar, and more recently have played with Twisted Sister‘s Dee Snider and ex-Judas Priest singer Tim “Ripper” Owens. Many Eyes’ debut single “Revelation” premiere on Thursday (10/12) at 8 PM ET on SiriusXM’s Octane and be released Friday (10/13), with an album (executive produced by Jamey Jasta) to follow, via Jasta’s Perseverance Media Group. Many Eyes will also open Thursday‘s War All The Time 20th anniversary tour in 2024, alongside Rival Schools. Ex-ETID guitarist Jordan Buckley, bassist Stephen Micciche and drummer Clayton “Goose” Holyoak formed Better Lovers with recent ETID producer Will Putney and Greg Puciato of the now-defunct Dillinger Escape Plan. They recently announced a new Buffalo holiday show, BLissmass, which seems like a smaller-scale continuation of ETID’s Tid the Season, and are on the 2024 lineup for Sick New World, which was just announced. 2. 'Many Eyes' are an unsigned rock band from London, UK. Formed in 2012 by Mark Sepple and Sam Bunting. When rock band 'Zalinski' imploded back in 2010, drummer and bassist - Mark and Sam - found themselves with a vast amount of songs and musical ideas written but no band to realise them. After years of playing and writing in bands together, they had forged a strong musical alliance and it wasn't long before they decided to find a singer and guitarist for their own band project. With such a strong vision of how they wanted the band to sound as well as how it needed it to work on a personal level, it wasn't going to be easy. After many months of searching they finally found Scott and Lawrence and in the summer of 2012 the band began performing in and around London. In December 2012 'Many Eyes' recorded three tracks live at Bally Studios, and are set to record their debut Ep in the spring of 2013.

Tantric is a post-grunge band from Louisville, Kentucky, that was formed by three former members of Days of the New, Jesse Vest, Todd Whitener, and Matt Taul, with the addition of Merge singer, Hugo Ferreira. They were signed to Maverick Records in 1999, and recorded their self-titled debut with producer, Tobey Wright in 2000. The record was released in February 2001, which debuted at #193 on the Billboard 200. The record eventually went platinum, largely on the strength of the single "Breakdown" and the band's extensive touring with the likes of Kid Rock and Creed. Follow-up singles "Astounded" and a remixed version of "Mourning" also fared well. The band's sophomore effort, "After We Go", again produced by Wright, was released in February 2004, preceded by the single "Hey Now". Described as heavier than their first record, "After We Go" debuted at #56 on the Billboard 200. Unfortunately, the album did not match the success of their debut, in part due to the poor reception of follow-up singles (the title track "After We Go," and their cover of Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain"). Nevertheless, Tantric soldiered on, touring with Three Doors Down and Shinedown for much of 2004. In 2005, it was announced that Jesse Vest had left the band to spend time with his family. He was replaced by Bruce LaFrance. For much of that year, Tantric worked on their third record. Some of the songs tracked for the record include "Letting Go", "People", "Worth Waiting For", "Fall Down", "The One", "July", "Locked Out", and "Stay With You". Todd Whitener recorded the bass guitar parts for the album, and also contributed lead vocals to a number of songs. In January, 2006 Tantric traveled with hard rock group Drowning Pool to Seoul, South Korea to play several shows for U.S. troops currently stationed along the DMZ. Highly appreciative of this, the troops gave members of the band a plaque with actual barbed wire from the 38th parallel barrier. In March, 2006, Tantric was dropped from Maverick Records, which was collapsing. In 2007, Matt Taul was arrested on drug-related charges, which would further complicate the band's obtaining a new label. Finally, on May 8, 2007, the release of three songs from Tantric III on the band's MySpace was largely overshadowed by Todd Whitener's farewell announcement on the band's website, which cited a feeling of stagnation that caused him to grow tired of the band's struggle to succeed. Ferreira later said in interviews that Whitener, as well as other members of the band had grown frustrated with the band's record label complications. Taul was sent to prison in later months, but has since been released. Bruce LaFrance was replaced. Hugo Ferreira began searching for a new band, enlisting former Fuel drummer Kevin Miller, Joe Pessia (guitarist Dramagods) through mutual friend Nuno Bettencourt, Erik Leonhardt (bassist), and Marcus Ratzenboeck (electric violin) as new members of the band. Shortly thereafter, Tantric announced their deal with the Silent Majority Group record label, and their new management company, JHMP. Because Ferreira remained the only original member of Tantric, Tantric III has been shelved for the time being. Ferreira has said the reasoning for this, other than the logical label complications, was he did not want to produce an album under the Tantric name that was partially written by Whitener and Taul. However, in recent interviews, Ferreira's comments increased the likelihood of Tantric III's release. He has stated that although he did not plan to release it in grand style he would have liked to leak it out to the fans as a potential Christmas 2008 gift for their support. With the indefinite shelving of "T3," Ferreira and his new mates recorded 10 new songs, in addition to a totally revamped version of "The One," featuring Kevin Martin of Candlebox, and finally released the band's third album, The End Begins, on April 22, 2008. On March 9 2009, Tantric announced through MySpace that their new album will be entitled Mind Control and that the band were in the process of recording the album. Produced by Brett Hestla (Creed), they announced a release date of August 4, and it was released in stores, as well as all digital retailers.

Former BUTCHER BABIES singer Carla Harvey has launched a new project called THE VIOLENT HOUR in September 2024. At least some of the early recording sessions for the project have been overseen by producer Jay Ruston, who has previously worked with ANTHRAX, STEEL PANTHER and URIAH HEEP, among many others. In July 2025 , Carla Harvey released the debut self-titled EP from her new solo project the Violent Hour. An all-star affair, the record features Zakk Wylde, John 5 and, most of all, Anthrax drummer — Charlie Benante, who co-wrote the songs and played every instrument.
