Outpacer is an alternative rock band based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Formed in 2023, the quartet, Chris Esenberg (guitar/vocals), Denver Dalley (guitar), Andrew Stringer (bass), and Bryan Nieman (drums), delivers dynamic rock built for the stage. Driven by a heavy, locked-in rhythm section, their sound shifts from soaring space rock to gritty, hard-hitting alternative. It’s a massive sonic attack built on deep roots: Esenberg, Stringer, and Nieman share overlapping musical histories stretching back to middle school, while Dalley brings the pedigree of the Omaha music scene where he formed the indie stalwart Desaparecidos.
