Peachtree City
Peachtree City's live music anchor is the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater, known locally as "The Fred," an outdoor summer venue that draws national touring acts in rock, country, tribute, and variety. The 2,500-seat, open-air amphitheater has kept performers and audiences coming back for more than 30 years. Set among Georgia pines, its fan-shaped design offers multiple seating options, from Gold/Pit tables to casual lawn seating. Past performers have included Hall and Oates, Styx, The Doobie Brothers, Cheap Trick, The B-52s, Blake Shelton, and Kenny G. The venue operates seasonally from April through October, mixing concert series and standalone shows across genres from rock and country to jazz and tribute acts. It allows outside food and drinks, offers free parking for both cars and golf carts, and maintains a family-friendly atmosphere. Named after a former Peachtree City mayor, the venue has become integral to the region's entertainment landscape.
