Fayetteville

Trilith LIVE is a large entertainment complex in south metro Atlanta, situated within the Town at Trilith in Fayetteville. The 530,000-square-foot facility is built to host concerts, performing arts, live audience productions, and conventions. Phase I hosted pre-tour rehearsals for national artists and more than 200 game show tapings before Phase II opened in December 2025, adding a main theater, a central outdoor plaza, and expanded guest amenities. Seating capacity runs to 2,364 reserved seats or 2,879 with a general-admission floor. As a nonprofit venue, Trilith LIVE is committed to expanding Georgia's entertainment footprint and creative economy. The booking mix is wide: past shows have included 38 Special, Dwight Yoakam, and Will Downing, with upcoming dates featuring the Atlanta Pops Orchestra and the Fayetteville Comedy Festival. For a suburb with an otherwise modest live-music footprint, Trilith LIVE gives Fayetteville a room that draws touring acts well beyond what most Atlanta-area suburbs can offer.
