American stand-up comedian, writer and musician Josh Johnson 2. Josh Johnson, Jazz Josh Johnson is a saxophonist, keyboardist and multi-instrumentalist born in Chicago. He worked with a lot of artists in Chicago, such as Jeff Parker and the Chicago Underground Quartet. Josh Johnson moved two Los Angeles in 2012 but thought he would only spend a year or two there. In 2020, Johnson is still in L.A., where he recorded his debut album Freedom Exercise with three of his closest friends that he describes as “musically omnivorous”. The same quality that inspired him to stay on the West Coast. Josh Johnson is the musical director and saxophonist for Leon Bridges since 2018 and has toured with him around the world. 2. Josh joined up with producer Mark Wagner to collaborate on a project that captures Josh’s expression through his wonderful gift of music. The blend of piano, guitar, and soft percussion allows Josh’s rich and soothing vocals to soar on the tracks. After watching a live show, listening to an earlier album, or simply spending time with Josh, people quickly begin to see how much older he is than his years. He has impressively, after only 19 years, found a passion that utilizes the gifts God gave him to speak in a way that others can both understand and relate. Josh Johnson is a down to earth, amusing guy who has found meaning through his faith that allows him to live life to what appears to be the fullest potential. Comedian Josh Johnson Originally from Louisiana, Josh Johnson moved to Chicago and later New York. He worked as a writer for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Daily Show with Trevor Noah. He appeared on Comedy Central and Netflix. From 2019 on he toured with Trevor Noah for several years.
