Callie Josh Nixon, professionally known as flatroom !! is a songwriter, producer, and DJ, and an electronic musician from Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan.
They began releasing music in 2021 with a series of songs called “kedamono !!” on SoundCloud. Since then, flatroom has built a growing presence in online music communities, especially within the hyperpop and experimental electronic scenes. In 2022, they dropped their debut EP called “FLATROOM B4 THE FLOOD”, followed by their debut album “You Will Only Get Older” in 2025.
Flatroom’s music is primarily rooted in hyperpop, but it also draws on complextro, EDM, and dariacore. Their production style is energetic, layered, and glitchy, but with some songs that might make you cry.
They also started releasing meme-rap songs under the alias Green Little, collabing with the artist Randy Diggs on the viral song “Charlie’s Barn Yard Song”.
