The Stutz is a reimagined four-story factory building in downtown Indianapolis housing artist studios, retail, food and beverage, and event space. The 441,000-square-foot complex books live music and programming alongside its shops, restaurants, and creative tenants. Built on the legacy of the historic Stutz Motor Company, it serves as a neighborhood cultural and gathering space.
