Victory Hills is a mid-century residential neighborhood whose live-music options are anchored in its local bars. The 913 on State Avenue, formerly known as Red Eye, is a 21+ venue that books live music on Friday and Saturday nights, with a focus on blues, classic rock, country, and southern rock. The room has a stage for performers alongside darts and billiards. The bar draws motorcycle enthusiasts and casual visitors alike and has developed a reputation for an authentic biker bar feel that has carried through changes in ownership. The Dotte Spot Bar & Grill on Parallel Pkwy rounds out the neighborhood's nightlife as a casual bar and grill with a laid-back atmosphere. Its regular entertainment is karaoke with DJ Dan every Saturday from 9 PM to close. Together, the two spots give Victory Hills a no-frills, locals-first after-dark character.
