Tiffin

Tiffin is a city in northwest Ohio and the county seat of Seneca County. Its live-music calendar runs year-round across three distinct venues. The East Green, Tiffin's downtown park, is home to the East Green Concert Series at the Frost-Kalnow Amphitheater. The series offers free concerts every other Saturday night, June through August. Programming is divided into named series: the Foundation Series spotlights jazz, blues, and soul, Thursday Night Tunes, presented by Tiffin Parks & Recreation, draws local and regional talent, and the Tiffin Community Series features events hosted by local organizations. The Renaissance of Tiffin is a 1920s-style bar offering live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The three-story venue operates as a Roarin' 20s-themed bourbon bar serving craft cocktails and refined spirits. The Ritz Theatre was built in 1928 by Dan Kerwin and Adam Ritzler, who envisioned a movie palace that quickly became one of the region's most popular theaters. Renovated in 1998 to replicate its original condition, the Ritz features Italian Renaissance design and remains an active performing arts venue.
