Bloomington Civic Plaza hosts free outdoor summer concerts and events through the city's Arts in the Parks program, which runs music, theater, and family entertainment across multiple neighborhood venues. The plaza itself anchors Midweek Music & Market on Wednesday evenings, pairing live performances with food trucks, a farmers market, and a beer garden.
