Castleberry Hill
Peters Street is a landmark in Atlanta's nightlife scene, and the Castleberry Hill neighborhood around it has built a live-music identity rooted in its arts-district character. The monthly Art Stroll brings visitors out to tour galleries and enjoy live music throughout the neighborhood. Atlantucky Brewing was founded by Grammy-nominated hip-hop group Nappy Roots in 2022, making music central to the brewery from the start. It hosts themed events with live music or DJs on a regular basis, including a "Thursday Night Live" event each week. The taproom has a stage where audiences can expect live performances by Nappy Roots and other musicians, alongside craft beer and local food pop-ups. Peters Street Station is a community art center and gallery at 333 Peters Street SW, housed in a historic building that mixes creative spaces with consistent live programming. Wednesday night jam sessions are a draw, and poetry nights run on Mondays. The venue also includes an art gallery, tattoo studio, and pottery area, with jazz and late-night DJ sets rounding out the week.
