West End

Boggs Social & Supply is a bar and music venue in Atlanta's West End just off the Beltline, an offbeat watering hole with regular live music, outdoor seating, and rotating pop-up food vendors. Its calendar leans toward rock and metal, with punk, garage rock, death metal, and power metal all regular fixtures. Wednesday karaoke nights and periodic ska events round out the weekly programming. A short walk away, The Garden Club at Wild Heaven West End Brewery & Gardens draws rock, blues, R&B, jazz, reggae, and country acts to a 500-plus capacity space also on White Street SW. Most shows run Sunday through Thursday, with Saturdays typically reserved for private events. At the neighborhood's formal end, the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center sits on the Morehouse College campus at 900 West End Ave SW. Its centerpiece is the 650-seat Emma and Joe Adams Concert Hall, and the building also includes sound and video recording studios, composition and production labs, rehearsal rooms, an orchestra pit, and an outdoor performance lawn. Programming ranges from touring concerts and jazz to spoken word, lectures, and student performances.
