Dolton

A suburb in the Chicago area

Dolton is a mostly residential suburban village just south of Chicago's city limits. Its live-music options are limited, with one clear anchor for the scene. St. Patrick's Place is an upscale steakhouse and rooftop bar in Chicago's South Suburbs. The business includes a wine and spirits shop, an event space, and a rooftop bar, all built from the ground up on the site of a former animal hospital. St. Patrick's features a two-story live music venue with an interior balcony view of the live sets. Singers, saxophonists, and comedians often perform near the electric fireplace. The rooftop also hosts themed nights including karaoke, salsa, and cigar nights. The steakhouse occupies the second floor (reservations only), a cocktail lounge sits on the third floor, and the sixth-floor Reserve Rooftop pairs Caribbean cuisine with rooftop views and late-night hours. The venue's stated goal is to bring a Downtown Chicago dining and entertainment experience to Dolton.
