Plymouth's live-music options run from intimate pub settings to full supper-club productions. Bearded Lamb Brewing Company, an old-style pub in historic Old Village, keeps things low-key, and the upstairs room has hosted bands for a livelier complement to the quieter bar below. At the other end of the dial, Chicane operates closer to a supper club or cabaret, with live entertainment taking center stage alongside fine dining. Live music sets the tone five nights a week there, in an intimate setting. Jazz acts including the Steve Jarosz Trio and the Eagle Club Jazz Band are among the acts Chicane books on a regular rotating schedule. Beyond those two, Plymouth also holds The Bartisan, The Ebenezer, The Highline Room, The Sardine Room, and The Wine Grotto at Saint John's Resort, all of which appear on local live-music listings. Dozens of special events are held in downtown Plymouth every year, and live music runs year-round at many businesses.
