State Fair-Nolan

State Fair-Nolan is a residential corner of Detroit's east side, near the former Michigan State Fairgrounds site. Its one music venue is Inuendo Nightclub, founded as a safe and welcoming space for Detroit's LGBTQ+ community. Located at 744 E. Savannah St., the club is open Wednesday through Saturday. Its nights run on DJs spinning hip-hop and R&B, drag and swag entertainers, drink specials, and bottle service. Drag nights in particular have become a fixture in Detroit's entertainment scene. For live-music seekers, Inuendo is a narrow but consistent draw, with the neighborhood offering little else in the way of dedicated music programming.
