Broadway District
The Broadway District sits along the Fox River on Green Bay's near-downtown west side, anchored by the nonprofit On Broadway, Inc. Live music here leans outdoor and community-focused in summer, then moves indoors as the season turns. Leicht Memorial Park, on the western banks of the Fox River, is the home of the Levitt AMP Green Bay Music Series. Now in its third year, the series delivers free, live music to people of all ages and backgrounds. Genres have ranged from indie rock and Hmong to New Orleans hip-hop/jazz and Ukrainian folk punk. Sunday afternoon sets run from late May through early August. The park also hosts the Draft City Music Fest, which features live music spanning multiple genres from both national and local acts. Madworld Social Club, at 233 North Broadway, opened in October 2026 as Green Bay's newest social club, with a stated focus on underground music. Early bookings include underground beats nights with touring DJs and album release shows, pointing toward an after-dark, bass-forward calendar for the district's indoor side.
