De Pere
The Walter Theatre is the 725-seat main performance hall inside the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts on the St. Norbert College campus in De Pere. It hosts a range of live performances, from concerts to plays and special events. On the music side, the St. Norbert College Community Band performs concerts each fall and spring in the Walter Theatre, and the Dudley Birder Chorale holds its annual All Saints & Veterans Day Concert there as well. The venue sits within a broader De Pere arts community: the city's downtown offers live entertainment spanning alternative rock to classical. For a college-anchored performing arts experience in the Green Bay area, the Walter Theatre is the main draw on the De Pere side of the Fox River.
