Moontown Brewing Company anchors Whitestown's live-music scene, operating out of a restored 1915 school building at 345 S. Bowers St., where the brewery and restaurant doubles as a venue for concerts, comedy, and community nights. The 1915 Room hosts ticketed performances with a mix of seated tables and standing room, drawing regional bands, touring artists, songwriter nights, and themed events like album releases. Touring acts such as Yonder Mountain String Band have played the room. Handcrafted beers brewed on site and a scratch kitchen keep the setting relaxed, with the stage close enough for an intimate show experience. Indianapolis Monthly named it "Best New Brewery" in 2018. Beyond the brewery, the Town of Whitestown runs a free Summer Concert Series at Main Street Park, with live music on Friday evenings from late May through July, including themed nights throughout the season.
