Xtream Arena holds 5,100 fixed seats and expands to 6,600 for concerts, making it the area's largest room for touring acts. The facility books concerts alongside athletic events, comedians, and special events, and hosts a wide range of genres. It sits in Coralville's Iowa River Landing District, just off Interstate 80. For something smaller, Tavern Blue is a casual dining pub offering brick oven wood-fired pizzas and local craft beers. Its calendar runs live music performances and DJ sets alongside stand-up comedy and karaoke nights. The attached Tiki Yard is a beach-themed outdoor space with tropical cocktails and games like shuffleboard and billiards, giving the venue a social, all-ages character that extends well beyond the music.
