Bellevue
Off Shore Bar & Grill sits on the Mississippi River in Bellevue and is the city's main spot for live music. It is part of Off Shore Resort, which includes a hotel, outdoor pool, and aqua park, and the location is also accessible by boat, making it a popular stop for boaters. The newly remodeled interior, a large screened porch, and a riverfront patio set the scene, and live music turns up on select days. The resort posts its live music schedule on Facebook. Past programming has leaned toward country, and the attached event center hosts events such as country line dancing. Bellevue itself is a small river town well north of the core Quad Cities, so Off Shore functions as the area's de facto music anchor rather than one stop among many.
