Kirkwood

Pullman Yards is a former industrial complex for rail cars, now redeveloped into a mixed-use entertainment district and Kirkwood's main live-music destination. The site owns and operates thirteen buildings across a 27-acre arts and entertainment district, and holds a listed capacity of 16,000. Once the Pratt-Pullman rail works, the campus now hosts concerts, cultural festivals, and pop-up experiences, with multiple spaces including open-air lawns and industrial interiors that suit everything from indie bands and hip-hop acts to immersive art. The Ruins at Pullman Yards has become a go-to outdoor concert setting. Top genres at the venue include Alternative, Rock, and Hip-Hop/Rap, and past bookings have included acts like Drive-By Truckers, Greensky Bluegrass, Lettuce, and Cypress Hill. The site has also hosted the Pullman Pops, a 45-piece symphonic orchestra presenting outdoor concerts in the historic yard.
