The Silver Valley Boys
The Silver Valley Boys are good friends of Everett’s, hailing from Middle Georgia.
Everett's Music Barn has been running Saturday nights since 1970, though the Everett family first established bluegrass in Suwanee in 1964 when brothers Randall and Roger began playing guitars and singing together. Built as an addition to the family home, the barn seats around 170 people on rows of church pews. It hosts live bluegrass shows every Saturday night, with doors opening at 6 p.m. and the show starting at 7 p.m. The barn has played host to acts including IIIrd Tyme Out, Jim & Jessie, The Country Gentlemen, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, JD Crowe and The New South, and David Davis and the Warrior River Boys. Early arrivers can jam in the little house before the main show in the barn. The barn runs on donations and is alcohol-free. Suwanee's broader live-music landscape is quieter, making Everett's the suburb's one dedicated, long-running music destination.
