Antioch
A suburb in the Chicago area
The William E. Brook Entertainment Center (Antioch Bandshell), at 900 Skidmore Drive, is the anchor of Antioch's outdoor music calendar. The village's "It's Thursday" summer concert series runs there weekly, drawing tribute bands and original acts throughout the season. The 2026 lineup runs from June through August and spans genres from Caribbean rock and hip-hop to Eagles and Taylor Swift tributes, R&B/blues, and local rock. All shows are free, open to all ages, and held rain or shine. EIKU, at 913 Main Street, is a coffee shop and live music venue with open mic every Friday night from 7 to 9:30 p.m., and many Saturdays reserved for booked artist shows. It operates as a drug- and alcohol-free creative space where anyone can book an event, bands record music and video in a tiny-desk-style atmosphere, and artists draw on community sketchpads. Electric guitars are displayed and sold on the walls. No independently verifiable details about Pop's Uptown Supper Club's music programming were found in available sources.
