Warehouse District
Cleveland's Warehouse District runs along W. 6th Street through a corridor of 19th-century brick buildings, most now converted into bars and nightlife spots. The restored buildings are packed with some of Cleveland's most popular restaurants and nightlife venues, including Johnny's Downtown, which offers live piano music alongside its dinner service. The district's after-dark energy skews toward DJ-driven clubs rather than live-band rooms. The one dedicated music venue here is Rumor Bar & Lounge. A long-running Warehouse District club on W. 6th St. that opened in 2012, it occupies an industrial-style space with a large dance floor and bottle-service sections. The music format is primarily hip-hop and modern rap, drawing a dressed-up crowd on Friday and Saturday nights, with a 21+ door policy and hours running until 2 AM on weekend nights including Sunday. Known as an upscale lounge and live entertainment bar, it is equipped with an outdoor patio and an upscale cocktail lounge. For live-band performances, visitors will need to look to neighboring Cleveland districts.
