NorthPoint Church is a gospel-centered church in the Des Moines suburb of Johnston. As a music venue it skews squarely toward Christian and worship programming. Beyond weekly services, the church regularly hosts worship concerts, speaker series, conferences, and seasonal productions. It also pulls in ticketed touring acts: singer Megan Woods brought her 30-city The Truth Tour to NorthPoint, joined by special guest Jeremy Rosado for an evening of worship music. The building is set up for amplified performance, with crisp sound and large-format video that keeps every seat connected to the stage. For secular live music, Johnston residents generally look elsewhere in the metro.
