Redford Township is a community of nearly 50,000 people on the outskirts of Detroit, and its after-dark live-music options are concentrated in two distinct spots. Club Tane Bar & Grill, a Cameroonian American-owned venue on Telegraph Road, draws local performers for R&B nights and hip-hop events alongside its food and bar service. On Inkster Road, Preva is a luxury hybrid venue, a chef-driven restaurant by day and one of Metro Detroit's premier nightlife destinations by night. Its calendar features DJ sets and live performances spanning hip-hop, R&B, Afrobeats, and Latin rhythms, with nightlife entry requiring a ticket or VIP access. Beyond these two venues, the township itself runs weekly Tuesday evening concerts from late June through mid-August, and its annual festival includes live music alongside amusement park rides and other events.
