Clark-Fulton

Clark-Fulton, on Cleveland's west side, is one of the city's most ethnically diverse communities, with a strong Hispanic presence that shapes the character of its bars and clubs. Dunlap's Corner Bar, at 3258 W. 32nd St., was relaunched under new ownership after the partners made repairs while preserving the classic tavern vibe, refinishing the mahogany bar, adding a brass rail, and building a new back bar. Since then it has hosted underground punk, experimental music, and a little country and drag, with local bands receiving 100% of the door. The bar runs live entertainment Wednesday through Sunday, with recurring residencies that include a Sunday-night Con Tú Variety Show, DJ nights, and drag shows, alongside local acts and occasional national touring bands. A short walk away, San Lorenzo Club offers an authentic taste of Latin nightlife in Cleveland, drawing locals and visitors for evenings of music and dancing. Together the two venues reflect the neighborhood's dual identity: a rough-edged dive that pulls touring indie acts and a Latin club rooted in the community around it.
