Regent sits on Madison's near west side, a walkable neighborhood close to the UW campus and Camp Randall. Its live-music presence is small but focused. GlouGlou Wine Bar, at 11 N. Allen St. in the former Heights Kitchen space, is the neighborhood's sole listed music venue. It operates as a global wine bar with a rotating list of somm-selected artisan, organic, and natural wines, with food trucks on select evenings. Live music is programmed in the early evening, with sets typically running 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The bar also hosts visiting artists alongside its regular music programming. Outdoor seating and food trucks pair with the wine in warmer months.
