Olive Branch
Olive Branch is a fast-growing suburb on the Mississippi side of the Memphis metro, and its live-music scene is centered in neighborhood bars rather than dedicated concert halls. The main regular stop is The Crossing Bar & Grill on Hacks Cross Road, a 21-and-up pub that runs karaoke on Wednesdays and Thursdays and live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The venue hosts local bands and artists, giving patrons a taste of the local music culture. Beyond the music, the venue offers shuffleboard, billiards, and darts. For something more seasonal, the Olive Branch Chamber presents a live-music series at the Wesson House Stage on Thursday nights in April. Residents who want a broader nightly lineup tend to make the short drive north to Memphis proper.
