Deer District is a 30-acre neighborhood anchored by Fiserv Forum, home to the Milwaukee Bucks. Live music in the district runs across multiple formats. The 2026 Summer Concert Series brings local artists to The Deer Garden every Friday night from June 5 through August 28, with all concerts free to attend. On a larger scale, Landmark Credit Union Live, a 4,500-plus capacity indoor venue that opened in early 2026, is a partnership between Live Nation, FPC Live, and Landmark Credit Union. The New Fashioned, at 1122 N Vel R. Phillips Ave, is a bars-and-recreation bar with a 50-tap pour wall, Wisconsin comfort food, and activities like HyperBowling, outdoor street curling, and dartball. Its live-music presence is seasonal: The Melt Yard at The New Fashioned brings live music and summer programming to Deer District from June through September 2026, with music scheduled on Fridays from 4 to 8 p.m. to coincide with live music in the Deer Garden. The venue's music offerings are an extension of the broader district's outdoor entertainment calendar rather than a standalone booking program.
