West Omaha
West Omaha has seen growing demand for multi-faceted live-music venues. The range runs from ticketed indoor shows to free outdoor events. Barnato, in Village Pointe, is a sleek, classy cocktail bar and intimate live-music venue. It programs both national touring acts and local performers across genres including country and Americana. Its membership-based speakeasy, The Green Room, offers a VIP space for concert attendees, including private tastings and meet-and-greet experiences with national touring acts. Heartwood Preserve is a 500-acre mixed-use development on the outdoor side of the scene. Its Beats and Bites Stage features a rotating lineup of local musicians performing everything from acoustic sets to soulful originals and covers, paired with a Friday farmers market. A planned band-shell amphitheater in the north end of Heartwood Park is designed for up to 8,000 guests. Mouth of the South is the area's other room with shows on sale.
