REO Town
REO Town, Lansing's oldest neighborhood along South Washington Avenue, has built a genuine live-music identity around a small cluster of venues within walking distance of each other. The Robin Theatre is the neighborhood's dedicated listening room and events space. Located on S. Washington Avenue, it offers intimate live music, comedy nights, poetry slams, and independent theater productions. Open since 2015, it books a range of acts and hosts poetry, film, and more. REO Town Pub is a craft-beer bar with a big patio and a free jukebox. The pub hosts live music nights alongside other community events. Sleepwalker Spirits and Ale is a microbrewery pizzeria in REO Town, producing craft beer, wine, seltzer, and hard cider on-site. Modeled after Sigmund Freud's office, it is decorated with vintage woodwork, chandeliers, books, and Rorschach tests. The neighborhood also hosts recurring outdoor events, including Art Attack, which combines live music, art, and food.
