Edgehill sits between Vanderbilt, Belmont, and The Gulch and carries a quieter identity than the tourist corridors nearby. While Music Row has a dense urban feel, Edgehill is more of a traditional residential neighborhood, and its music spots tend to reflect that. Old Glory occupies what was once the boiler room for White Way Cleaners, one of Nashville's largest steam cleaning facilities, with original electrical boxes, a coal hopper, and a smokestack still in place from the 1920s. It operates as a multi-level speakeasy entered through an unmarked alley door, focused on craft cocktails and mocktails. On the music side, the bar frequently hosts open-format DJs and specialized dance parties. Old Glory also runs a monthly series featuring drag performances, circus acts, and jazz nights. The Electric Jane was one of the first restaurant live music venues to open in Nashville after the pandemic, launching in 2021. Now operating as a private membership club, it has hosted impromptu performances from Joss Stone and Kid Rock, along with Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Marcus King, and Nate Smith. Booking is unbiased to genre, with the focus on curated programming members can trust.
