Southside
Four Winds Casino South Bend, at 3000 Prairie Ave, is the Southside's main live-music destination. The property runs music across several internal rooms: Ribbon Town is an acoustically designed concert hall that books headliner acts across a range of genres, marketed for its intimate feel. The C Bar and Copper Rock Bar host weekend performers, and the Kankakee Grille runs regular live-music sets as well. The booking range is wide. Acts like Lita Ford and Dee Snider have appeared at the casino, representing classic rock and punk lineages. Blues legend Buddy Guy has played here too. Smaller-scale nights lean toward solo acoustic acts and duos covering classic rock, country, and pop. Artists like the Chris Burch Trio bring alternative rock sets drawn from the 1950s through today, while performers such as Imphormal offer electric cello covers of pop and classic rock. For Southside residents, Four Winds is essentially the neighborhood's entire formal live-music infrastructure.
