Long Lake is a small western-suburb city on the Lake Minnetonka corridor, and Birch's on the Lake Brewhouse & Supperclub is effectively its entire live-music footprint. The venue pairs a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an American-style brewery, all overlooking the waterfront of Long Lake. It offers a dining room and bar upstairs in the Supperclub and a walk-in Brewhouse downstairs, with live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Weekly performances happen at the Piano Bar in the Supperclub and in the Brewhouse. The Supperclub books live music Friday and Saturday from 8:00 to 11:00 pm.
